A person suspected of burgling a number of stores in Luxembourg last year has been arrested in Germany and extradited back to Luxembourg.
The daughter of Dominique Pelicot, a 71-year-old Frenchman on trial for drugging his wife and enlisting strangers to rape her, described him as "one of the worst sexual criminals" in recent history. Pelicot admitted to abusing his wife, Gisele, over nearly a decade, with investigators uncovering about 200 instances of rape.
