Chappell Roan’s Grammys Dress Has Us All Asking ‘Where Are Her Nipples’?
Chappell Roan left jaws dropping Sunday night at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, walking the red carpet in an archived Mugler 1998 ‘Nipple Ring’ dress that had fans flocking to Google for answers.
The sheer burgundy look appeared to be held up by two silver nipple rings, however, the singer’s nipples were no where in sight. Was it magic? The fabric? Prosthetics? Or was Chappell simply letting the world know she has athelia (a congenital disease where people are born without nipples)?
Luckily for our insatiable curiosity, eagle-eyed fans managed to spot some incredibly subtle wrinkles in photos from an adhesive cover which perfectly matched her skin tone. If it weren’t for digital photography and hi-res phone displays, I think we’d all still be looking for answers.
