AFTER transforming her locks, one woman shared the DIY recipe she swears by.
She revealed that her homemade hack only sets her back 20p each week.
In her viral video, TikTok user Mila Jaye (@vanilla_swirlxx) showed her followers how to make her go-to hair oil.
She revealed that she attributes 99% of her hair growth success to the solution.
To give her audience an idea of the oil’s effectiveness, she included a picture of her hair from one year ago.
While Mila’s hair was visibly thinner and reached just below her shoulder in the throwback picture, it is now thicker, almost reaching her waist.
To measure out and store your DIY oil, she recommended investing in a bottle with measurements on the side and an applicator top.
For her first ingredient, the TikToker added one ounce of castor oil to the bottle.
She followed this up with an equal measurement of rosemary oil, which she described as “amazing for hair growth.”
Next, she poured in one ounce of coconut oil, which she pre-melted for convenience.
She revealed that her latest addition to the recipe has been pumpkin seed oil, which she recently learned is “really good for hair growth.”
After adding an ounce of this, she also measured out one ounce of jojoba oil.
Once all the ingredients were in the bottle, she shook the mixture before applying it to her scalp.
“There you have it, the best hair growth oil literally ever, you’ll have the longest, strongest, healthiest hair,” she said.
Mila revealed that her recipe has gone viral online after she showed off her results.
TikTok users shared their thoughts on the transformation in the comments section.
“CONSIDER ME INFLUENCED,” wrote one impressed viewer.

How long does it take for hair to grow back?
Hair grows, on average, half an inch a month. You cannot speed this up.
Do rosemary oil and scalp massages work?
Oils do not promote hair growth. In terms of rosemary oil, the current trend stems from one small study carried out on 50 men in 2015. No women were involved, and the study compared the effects of 2 per cent minoxidil to Rosemary oil. 2 per cent minoxidil doesn’t do much for
male pattern hair loss anyway, so the results were not very impressive. Oils do serve a purpose in conditioning hair treatments though. They help add shine and smooth the hair cuticle to lock-in moisture and improve combability. Scalp massages alone won’t cure hair loss, but it can help relax you, aid in lymphatic drainage, exfoliate and help topicals penetrate.

“Girl, you could just do a hair brand with this hair oil,” said another follower.
“Damn, your hair looks amazing,” commented a third person.
“I love pumpkin seed oil. It’s amazing. It grew my hair out by a few inches just using that oil,” wrote another TikTok user.
“Yes, castor oil and rosemary oil are key to hair growth,” said one viewer.
“Influenced! I’ve been wanting to do this. But first want to chop to right above my shoulders and get a fresh start,” commented another follower.
