The Masked Singer fans are convinced they’ve guessed who Spag Bol is[/caption]Disguises this series will include Dressed Crab, Kingfisher and Bush — plus a hilarious new addition modelled on the host himself, Giant Joel.
But fans are convinced they’ve already cracked who is behind Spag Bol – a new costume for this year.
Taking to a web forum, they’re sure it’s Catherine Tate underneath the TV outfit.
Catherine, 55, starred in her very own BBC sitcom The Catherine Tate Show, which ran for three series in the noughties.
Drawing comparisons from the show, one eagle-eyed fan said: “Catherine Tate because the shirt of Spag Bol looks like the one she where’s eating spaghetti in nativity.”
A second wrote: “Maybe its catherine tate but again it could be someone italian like gino d campo.”
Tonight, Maya Jama will be seen for the first time on The Masked Singer, alongside panellists Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall and Mo Gilligan.
Maya has replaced pop star Rita Ora and will be part of the squad guessing which celebrity singers are hiding inside the costumes.
The star – who is reportedly dating Ruben Dias – posed in a skintight leopard print dress with matching wrist-length gloves for episode one.
Maya shared a number of behind-the-scenes snaps as she struck a pose with her flawless makeup and curly brunette hair.
Flooding her with messages, one fan wrote: “Woohoo! Looking sensational as always and SKIN is GLOWING.”
A second said: “Simply stunning love.”
