A WOMAN who is in her 30s but could pass for a teenager has revealed the £6 Boots buy she swears by for perfect skin.
Mum of three Valeria Lipovetsky took to TikTok to share the five hacks she swears by to maintain a youthful glow.
Valeria revealed that she uses a Vitamin C serum to brighten up her skin.
Vitamin C serum helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and can also protect your skin from sun damage.
You can pick up a bottle from Boots for just £6 and it also helps to fade dark spots too.
Retinol can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by increasing collagen and cell turnover.
“I started using this in my late 20s to help cell turnover”, Valeria said.
The busy mum also revealed that she uses body dry brushing to keep herself looking youthful.
Body dry brushing helps to exfoliate your skin, increases circulation and aids digestion.
It also helps with cellulite.
Using a natural bristle brush, simply brush your body upwards in short firm strokes towards your heart.
At the end of every show, Valeria switches the water to freezing cold for 20 seconds.
This increases immunity and improves your circulation.
Every night before bed, Valeria does Gua Sha to relieve muscle tension and diminish wrinkles.
Gua Sha is a natural, alternative healing technique which involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged massage tool.
There are a number of habits you can take up to care for your health and wellbeing as you age.
