ROMAN Kemp has sparked engagement rumours after his girlfriend was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger – as he admitted he “feels strongly she is the one.”
The One Show host’s new partner, brand assistant Carmen Gaggero, was revealed last month.

According to pals, they have now taken their relationship to the next level after Roman, 31, popped the question.
They told MailOnline how Carmen has been spotted with a band on her wedding finger and said: “Roman has popped the question and Carmen said yes.
“Roman has long wanted to settle down and start a family so it’s such an exciting time for them.
“He’s been seeing Carmen for a few months now and feels strongly she is the one.”
They added: “Roman’s mum Shirlie is also over the moon and has been telling friends how excited she is for the wedding.”
The Sun has gone to Roman’s reps for comment.
Previously, the pair were photographed together meeting Queen Camilla and Princess of Wales, Kate, at an event in May.
Carmen was raised in Brighton and describes herself in her social media bios as “a TV, film and fashion enthusiast.”
Her Instagram profile features an image taken inside Roman’s apartment.
Roman moved into his modern London pad in 2020 and referred to as his ”dream” flat.
The I’m A Celeb alumni previously dated neuroscientist Anne-Sophie Flury for three years before splitting in 2020.
A source close to the star exclusively told The Sun at the time: “Roman loved Soph and things had been going really well for them.
“But being in lockdown is tough for any couple and they just weren’t able to make things work, which has been upsetting and tough for them both.”
He later set up a profile on celebrity dating app Raya.
The popular star, who is the son of Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp and pop singer Shirlie Holliman, stepped down from his job as Capital Breakfast presenter in March after a decade with the station.
