BIG Brother housemates are beginning to feel the tension of the house with the latest task hinting at a potential feud brewing.
Last night, Big Brother transformed the compound into the ‘Coconut Eye Land Resort’ for the latest task, where housemates were split into guests, and staff who had to look after them.
To pass the task, the staff had to ensure Big Brother’s resort didn’t lose its five star rating, with the fate of their shopping budget resting in their hands.
It proved to be an interesting watch, with half-board guests stealing the all-inclusive food and prompting the staff to do the same.
And a ‘cringefest’ that saw staff in charge of the entertainment doing performances to impress their guests, as they showed off their skills under Big Brother’s watchful eye to earn that five-star rating.
Here, our Big Brother columnist Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace shares her thoughts on last night’s antics, and predicts who’ll be booted off the show tonight.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist but when it comes to Big Brother and the fibs they tell to get in, I really am.
So let me ask you this – how is Marcello the biggest Peter Andre fan but needed a sheet of paper to sing the song, of his most famous song?
If you watch me in the video above you’ll see that I can sing the song without needing to look at any lyrics and I’m not even a big fan of his.
Come on Marcello, you’re lying. Why would you say you’re his biggest fan but you don’t have a clue what the words are to his most famous song.
What are you actually talking about?
And also that was a total cringefest by the way. He couldn’t get the oil out of his pocket and he was getting the girls to pour it on him.
As I’ve said before Marcello darling, this is not Love Island. We are on Big Brother.
You were acting quite cringe now, and it needs to stop.
Cracks are really starting to form.
Ali, one of my faves, and Nathan, another one of my faves, were in the bedroom and they were discussing who they think is fake.
Nathan whispered to her ‘Daze and Sarah are fake,’ to which Ali replied ‘I don’t think Daze is fake.’
So that means they both think Sarah is fake.
I don’t think Sarah is fake, I think she’s a brilliant housemate.
But the gossiping has started and this is what I’m here for. I want to see it.
And also, why does everyone think Ali is a psychic or medium who can read people’s minds?
She’s not, she’s a psychiatrist.
She cannot read your mind or touch you and understand what you’re thinking.
I don’t get it.
For me last night Sarah stole the show, she was brilliant.
It is it weird that I enjoy watching her meltdowns? It’s because they’re just so random and they don’t really make much sense.
Why are you crying Sarah?
She’s a vegetarian who mistakenly ate a cheese and salami sandwich and it wasn’t your fault girl.
I understand that pain because I was a vegetarian for 25 years so I would’ve probably done the same.
But you went to the Diary Room and said ‘I’m not even upset that I ate the salami, I’m more upset about people watching me. I didn’t even know it was salami.’
So hold on a second, are you vegetarian for the right reasons here? I think you’re getting it mixed up.
You shouldn’t care what people think, because It’s about your own morals and what you want to do and your choice, not what people think.
I’m baffled.
But when she conducted her aqua aerobics class I thought that she is hilarious. I really do like her.
Last night we saw the contestants embark on their first shopping task.
The whole house was turned into some sort of holiday camp, and it definitely wasn’t five star.
Some of the housemates became staff members and some of the other house mates were five star guests.
And then the others were on basic rations.
Guys, it was a mess. It was a mess from the start.
Ryan stole a sausage and broke the rules and then following him, little Lily did the same.
The thing is, Ryan won’t get in trouble for it and Ryan won’t make them lose the task but Lily can because it’s one of the staff members, so it was her job not to eat the sausage.
It’s called sausage gate now in my head. Lily is going to be in trouble with everyone now if that backfires.
Let’s see what happens with sausage gate…
The housemates are going to walk around feeling like they’re on eggshells today, because it’s eviction day.
You’ve got the ones who are up for eviction who will be sick to their stomachs wondering if they’ll go.
Unless you’re Ryan of course who doesn’t seem to give a damn if he’s going or not.
You’ve also got the other housemates who aren’t up for eviction who will be worried about having too much fun or being too happy because they want to be mindful of the people going up for eviction.
They also play weird crowd music into the house so you don’t hear the crowds coming in outside and it brings really weird energy to the house.
I hated Fridays because of that. I don’t miss that feeling.
And my money is on Ryan getting evicted tonight.
Eating a sausage randomly and trying to be a bad boy?
Too late, it’s not enough to save you my friend.
Ryan stole a sausage and it seems like its too late and you’ve been so bland for so long and you’re going to be gone tonight.
Eating a random sausage isn’t going to save you, so I think your cards are marked.
