THE future of a beloved Netflix rom-com has finally been confirmed after fans were left begging for more.
Viewers binged-watched the new series when it landed on the streaming giant just last month.
Starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, the romantic comedy tells the story of Joanne and Noah Roklov.
The unlikely pair – a sex podcast host and rabbi – meet and fall in love.
And now fans have been left ecstatic as Netflix confirmed Nobody Wants This has been renewed.
Revealing the news, the streamer said: “Put down your ice cream. NOBODY WANTS THIS SEASON 2 IS HAPPENING.”
Commenting on the news, one fan said: “I’m really excited to hear that! The anticipation for Season 2 will be thrilling, and it’s great to know that audiences are enjoying it.”
A second posted: “OMG yes. Wife will be stoked.”
“Season 2? Looks like we’re in for a wild ride whether we like it or not,” said a third.
While a fourth wrote: “Best birthday present I received today! Now hurry up and get going!”
The first series of Nobody Wants This saw Joanne and Noah’s obvious chemistry flourish.
However, Noah’s faith and Joanne’s aversion to religion proved to be a challenge for the couple – as does Noah’s ex-girlfriend Rebecca (Emily Arlook), who his family just adore.
Its renewal comes after Netflix bosses axed Jeff Goldblum’s Kaos after just one series.
Its creator and fans hoped the show would run for a number of instalments on the platform.
