The objects involved could be anything, but often involve pens, balls, kitchen tongs, and drills.

The challenge went viral when TikTok user splendidlysmittenjen went viral on social media with more three million views when she put her husband and children to the test for the bro challenge.
She placed a bag of bread, tongs, a ball and a drill in front of her children and husband.

Explaining the challenge to another viewer, Jen said: “Apparently most men (bros) will spin the bag and tuck the end under instead of using a twist tie, click the tongs, toss the ball, and run the drill!
“Just confirmed with my cousin in college in a video.”
