PROPERTY expert Phil Spencer has landed a brand new solo show away from his role on Location, Location, Location.
Phil has co-presented the Channel 4 programme alongside Kirstie Allsopp since its 2004 launch.
The star’s latest gig will see him going solo – and to the other side of the world.
Titled New Zealand’s Best Homes with Phil Spencer, the six-part series will feature Phil visiting a selection of incredible properties.
Meanwhile, the show will highlight each property through the eyes of the people involved – from architects, builders to owners.
During his trip, Phil visits a unique country barn and meets an architect with a passion project over a decade in the making.
It will begin airing from Wednesday, October 16 at 10pm on Channel 4.
Over the past two decades, Phil and Kirstie have fronted multiple shows for Channel 4.
Previously, The Sun revealed their show Love It or List It is returning.
This format sees the property gurus help homeowners who are unhappy with their abodes.
With the presenters’ help, the occupants decide whether to renovate or make the tough decision to sell up.
Having started in 2015, a total of nine series produced to date.
Between 2004 and 2011, the duo also presented Relocation, Relocation.
This show followed a similar format to Location, Location, Location, but with some differences.
Each episode saw a couple looking to buy a house, usually outside large urban areas.
Property expert Phil Spencer has been a staple on UK TV, in particular Channel 4, for the past two decades.
Best known for his on-screen partnership with Kirstie Allsopp, the pair have helped countless home buyers in their journeys.

It typically aired in the winter months, to avoid schedule clashes with its counterpart.
However, Relocation, Relocation ultimately ended its run in 2011 owing to economic difficulties of buying two properties.
