FOUR out-of-control dogs have mauled two young children and a woman in a terrifying attack.
The horror unfolded on a residential street in Orpington on the outskirts of south east London just before 9am this morning,
Cops scrambled to the scene and managed to bring the four dogs under control.
Two children, aged four and six, were found injured as well as a 30-year-old woman.
They were taken to hospital and their injuries are being treated as non-life-threatening.
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of having dogs dangerously out of control.
She has been taken into custody and the dogs have been put in police kennels.
Superintendent Mitch Carr said: “I know this incident will have caused a lot of public concern, especially due to the young age of the children injured.
“Fortunately, it is believed that none of the injuries are life-threatening.
“A woman has been arrested on suspicion of having dogs dangerously out of control and she has been taken into custody.
“The dogs have also been taken to police kennels while the investigation is ongoing.
“Extra officers will be in the area over the next few days to provide community reassurance.”
