The singer shared two young children with his devoted wife, who nursed him in his tragic final days.
Kelsey and Will were seen strolling arm-in-arm through Essex earlier this month with Kelsey beaming in every photo.
Dressed casually in an oversized cardigan and leggings, Kelsey appeared relaxed with her boyfriend by her side as the couple enjoyed some quality time together.
In one snap, Kelsey and Will laughed and held hands as they chatted, and her happiness was clear for everyone to see.
It is early days but given her public profile, and clearly embracing a new chapter of her life, the influencer told her loyal following about her romance last week.
Last night she walked the charity catwalk at Asda Tickled Pink party, marking the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, as she continues to fight for those impacted by cancer.
Before strutting her stuff, Kelsey spoke to The Sun about her new chapter, and she told us: “It’s good. I’m very happy, that’s all I’m going to say, I’m happy.
“I just think you’ve got one life. My community is so supportive.”
She said everyone deserves a second chance at happiness, but Tom will always be the missing piece in her life.
“I’m looking forward to Christmas, I think it is always going to be tough for me, Tom is always going to be a piece missing to my puzzle for the rest of our lives,” Kelsey said.
“Ultimately there is no wrong or right way to grieve. It is such a taboo subject for us Brits.
“I think especially for women. Women are judged.
“From my experience from life is, if you’ve got one life live it how you want to live it.
“Don’t let anyone change your path. You’re on the path you’re meant to be on.”
Kelsey, who now has half a millions social media followers thanks to helping others through their grief, recently opened up on why she has removed her wedding ring.
She told how it felt “really painful” to look down and see the band given to her by her late husband – prompting her to make the heartbreaking decision.
Tom died in March 2022 two years after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour known as glioblastoma multiforme.
The couple were together for 13 years before his tragic passing, and they found out he had cancer when she was 35 weeks pregnant.
Kelsey has been bravely bringing up their two little girls Aurelia and Bodhi while grieving for her childhood sweetheart and released her book, With and Without You earlier this year.
Will has been a big part of Kelsey’s life over the past few months.
An insider said: “Will and Kelsey really hit if off earlier this year and he has been incredibly supportive of her.
“He helped her at a recent charity football match for Tom Parker and has attended other events with.
“She hasn’t been shy about their romance and they pair looked very loved-up at a gala last week.”
This is Kelsey’s second public relationship since Tom’s death, with the mummy blogger dating electrician Sean Boggans for just under a year before splitting in December 2023.
At the time, she said it “just wasn’t right” and later said in an interview that she had faith that Tom was “sending her signs” for her from beyond.
“When it’s meant to be, it’ll be, and that person will be sent by Tom, I reckon. He’s picking them for me,” she told OK! Magazine in June.
“I think he sent Sean for a reason. Sean was what I needed at the time and he was wonderful. I’ll never say a bad word about him.
“But, right now, I need to focus on work and providing for my children.”
