MEGAN McKenna has given fans a close up look inside her stylish nursery – but eagle-eyed parents are all saying the same thing.
The mum-to-be, 32, who recently opened up on her rollercoaster fertility journey with ‘months of injections’, is expecting her first child with footballer Oliver “Oli” Burke, 27, thanks to in vitro fertilisation (IVF).
Many hailed the space as ‘beautiful’ and praised the ‘vintage vibe’[/caption] But mothers noticed a potential danger in the room[/caption]And now, the TOWIE star, who first gained popularity when she appeared on the third series of the British reality television show, Ex on the Beach in 2015, has revealed that her baby is due “very soon”.
Posting on social media, the singer, who released her debut single, High Heeled Shoes, in 2017, gave fans an exclusive look inside her home, leaving many stunned by her stylish nursery.
The brunette beauty, who has partnered with Mamas & Papas to decorate the space, which has a neutral, yet traditional theme, wrote: “My dream nursery…”
Megan explained: “I’ve always wanted a traditional themed nursery since forever. I chose a Mamas & Papas Oxford furniture set and finished it with beautiful books, blankets and their duckling collection. It’s just perfect in my eyes.”
In the short clip, the reality star wore a long black dress and cradled her bump, as he said: “Welcome to our baby’s nursery. I just love it.
“Me and Oli really wanted to have a vintage, traditional nursery, so that’s why we got all the photo frames and I chose Mamas & Papas for my furniture.
“I used to walk past Mamas & Papas and always wanted to go in there and shop, even when I wasn’t pregnant.
“We got a little changing station. It’s fully equipped. Then we’ve got all the muslins, I’ve got the duckling towel set.”
As she showed off a beautiful set of shelves and a stunning rug, she added: “We had these shelves made. We got this silk rug from Germany, it’s amazing. We just thought it would go perfect with the room.
“So everything’s come together. If you would have seen this room before, it was just obviously an empty shell. Honestly, this is my dream nursery, I’m so happy.
“All we need now is our baby, which is coming soon.
“I mean, it literally feels like it could come any minute.”
Since her debut on Ex On The Beach, Megan has rarely been away from TV screens. Can you remember all the shows she has appeared on?
Megan, who has been sending three secret messages in her baby bump snaps, later wrote: “I’m obsessed. I only work with brands I love and I could have chosen any for the furniture.
“I chose Mamas & Papas because they are amazing. I’ve been going in and out of the store the whole year buying things.”
The TikTok clip has clearly impressed many, as it was shared just 13 hours ago but has quickly racked up 389,900 views.
But people were left divided by the nursery – whilst some thought it was ‘beautiful’, many mums voiced the same concern.

IF you've got a baby coming very soon, here's our top tips on how to get your home ready for their arrival...
Secure Furniture and Appliances: Use brackets or straps to anchor heavy furniture and TVs to the wall. Ensure that large appliances like fridges and ovens are stable and cannot tip over.
Install Safety Gates: Place gates at the top and bottom of stairs. Use gates to block off rooms that are not baby-proofed.
Cover Electrical Outlets: Use outlet covers or plates to prevent little fingers from poking into sockets. Ensure that electrical cords are out of reach or secured.
Lock Cabinets and Drawers: Install child-proof locks on cabinets and drawers, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Store hazardous substances, sharp objects, and small items that can be swallowed out of reach.
Use Corner and Edge Protectors: Attach soft corner and edge protectors to furniture with sharp edges. Consider using them on low tables, countertops, and fireplace hearths.
Secure Windows and Doors: Install window guards or locks to prevent windows from opening more than a few inches. Use door knob covers and door stoppers to prevent pinched fingers.
Maintain a Safe Sleep Environment: Use a firm mattress and avoid placing pillows, blankets, or stuffed animals in the cot. Ensure the cot meets current safety standards.
Keep Small Items Out of Reach: Regularly check the floor for small objects that could be choking hazards. Be mindful of items like coins, buttons, and small toys.
Adjust Water Heater Temperature: Set your water heater to a maximum of 49°C (120°F) to prevent scalding. Always test bath water temperature before placing your baby in.
Use Baby Monitors: Place baby monitors in the nursery to keep an eye on your little one. Ensure the monitor cords are out of reach to avoid strangulation hazards.
By taking these steps, you can create a safer environment for your baby.
A third commented: “Such a beautiful, calming space. Perfect for new bubba snuggles.”
Whilst someone else posted: “Love the classic look.”
Frames over the cot give me anxiety

To this, Megan replied: “Me too.”
However, many parents were keen to warn Megan of a potential danger in the nursery.
One woman explained: “Looks lovely but wouldn’t put a picture on the wall above my bed, let alone a baby.”
A second chimed in: “Frames over the cot give me anxiety.”
Meanwhile, another partner penned: “Me personally would not hang pictures etc above the cot. I would be scared they would fall off the wall.”
