FUMING Eamonn Holmes snapped at his co-host live on air after she defended Phillip Schofield today.
Eamonn, 64, couldn’t contain his anger when Isabel Webster, 41, fought Phillip‘s corner following the airing of his TV comeback last night.

Phillip appeared to have won over Isabel as he reflected on his life-changing his departure from TV after an “ill advised” affair destroyed his career.
But when she shared her thoughts on GB News Breakfast, the anchor was shut down by an angry Eamonn.
Isabel had insisted the presenter “hadn’t done anything illegal” in his relationship, to which the Northern Irish star shot back: “Why is that even relevant? He met the boy when he was 15, so why do you keep on pushing that?”
Just yesterday, Eamonn – who has long been embroiled in a bitter feud with Phil – said he was “proud” to have thrown his former colleague “under the bus” in a livid rant.
He barked: “Well if I’m one of the people who threw him under the bus I am very proud to have done it and protected children.
“People who are under age.”
Eamonn then said the instance was being made out to be “one situation” and added: “I think he [Phil] is where he deserves to be.”
Isabel read out a statement from Phil which had said his conduct wasn’t illegal but was ill-advised.
Eamonn, whipping off his glasses, was eager to get stuck in further.
Referring to Phil he bluntly said: “This man is addicted to fame.
“Absolutely addicted to fame.”
After the chat rumbled on he said: “I know people in junior positions in television and if I thought they were being taken advantage of in such a way then somebody needs to stand up and say ‘people like him shouldn’t exist and shouldn’t be allowed’.”
Yet off-screen, Eamonn has also had his fair share of struggles of late.
Eamonn and Ruth’s decision to divorce in May stunned fans.
They were then left fearing for Loose Women anchor Ruth after her ex touched down in Spain with new girlfriend Katie Alexander for a romantic getaway.
A source close to Phil has today told us: “Phil finds it ironic that Eamonn is slamming him and went for him after his affair with a younger man emerged… and now he’s been exposed for having a relationship with a younger woman.”
It came after Phil himself suggested he was “thrown under the bus” by ITV colleagues in a veiled dig at former co-star Holly Willoughby.
We exclusively reported his comments from the new documentary as he discussed how he was forced to leave This Morning after 22 years – and hinted at a lack of support from his long-time friend and co-host Holly, 43.
He says in the segment: “I miss parts of being on TV, certainly. I miss most of it, if I’m honest, I miss most of it.
“But there are bits that I really, really, really don’t miss.
“You learn a lot about people, I don’t miss that.”
He also blasted “three s**ts in showbiz” as he opened up on betrayal.
