A PERSON was told they had won the lottery three times but they say it always ends with bitter disappointment.

Jeff Brazier is a British TV presenter and regularly appeared in advertisements for the People’s Postcode Lottery.
In the subscription lottery, players pay £12 a month but can win a prize every day.
Each Saturday a whopping £1million prize share is up for grabs in the Postcode’s Millionaire Street prize.
On a Sunday, players have the opportunity to win a £30,000 Street Prize.

This news comes after care worker Ray Bowen, 61, from Basingstoke, Hampshire told how an easy mistake left him shaking.
The lottery winner told how he was seconds away from losing his entire £131,584 EuroMillions jackpot.
Ray entered the Lucky Dip on a regular Friday night and to his shock, woke up to a message on his account.
Calling the helpline he was told he was a winner.
“I couldn’t believe it and I felt a bit numb,” he said. “I then had the call and waited for everything to be processed. I was shaking.
Ray, who’s an avid collector of personal war medals, added that entering was “the best decision I’ve made in ages.”
Similarly, another lottery player revealed how she missed out on a £100million prize after making a fatal error.
And a pensioner who won a EuroMillions cash prize was relying on food banks and still hasn’t been given the money weeks later.

The pair were found guilty and were ordered to pay £4.7million in restitution and had to forfeit the winnings.
