MRS HINCH has revealed that she is struggling to cope with the grief of losing her father earlier this year, in an emotional Instagram post.
The cleaning influencer, 34, announced back in May that her beloved father, Alan had died “suddenly but peacefully”, adding that the loss had left her in “unimaginable pain.”

And in a heart-wrenching Instagram story posted earlier today, Mrs Hinch asked her 4.8 million followers for help dealing with her pain.
“Hello everyone, I just wanted to ask you all something because it’s unbelievable, the support on here”, she said, teary eyed.
Mrs Hinch said that she thought she was coping alright, and yesterday helped one of her best friend’s to clean her house.
However, last night she ended up having an awful dream, that re-awakened her grief.
“When you try and do better you’re knocked back on the floor again”, she said.
“I just feel like I really want to do better, but I can’t.”
The influencer then asked her followers for advice, and stated that she feels like she has to start her healing journey again every few days.
Sophie recently revealed that she has gotten a tattoo of her father’s handwriting.
Posting on her Instagram stories, Mrs Hinch shared a picture of her new tattoo, which reads ‘Bubber’, written in fine line ink, alongside an ‘x’.
Alongside the adorable snap, Sophie said: “Send the texts, the WhatsApp’s and emails.
“But a gentle reminder…to still leave those handwritten notes on the side.”
She then gushed: “I will always be Bubber.”
Her father actually died on April 25, 2024, but his grieving daughter waited until she was ready to share the sad news with her fans.
In April 2023, Sophie revealed how she was taking a break social media after her dad ended up in hospital.
She said at the time: “My dad is in hospital at the moment guys. My dad has never been blessed shall we say with fantastic health – from his chest, his lungs, his heart.
“He’s always struggled you know.”
She heartbreakingly added: “I just want him to be happy.”
The influencer, who counts Stacey Solomon as one of her besties, wrote: “ILYD”, meaning ‘I Love You Dad’.
Mrs Hinch confirmed that the inking, which appears to be on her arm, was done by Adam Claridge, a fine line tattoo artist from London.
Alongside Adam’s post of the tribute, Mrs Hinch commented: “My dad’s beautiful handwriting.
“I am So incredibly grateful for this Adam. Thank you.”
Previously, Mrs Hinch shared an update with fans regarding her grief journey.
She explained: “I’d be lying if I said I was okay… in fact, I feel broken.
”I feel an extreme mix of emotions and not too much makes sense right now.
”It’s like I’ve entered this new part of my world, where only grief sits, and it feels heavy; something I can’t describe unless you’ve been there.
”For now, I’m really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love the most; one of my biggest support systems.
”I feel like my Dad taught me everything I know; except how to live without him.”
