She also aggressively pushed against a police officer’s shield on July 30 during the riot, which left 50 police officers injured.
Clarke is now facing jail after pleading guilty to violent disorder, racially aggravated harassment and assaulting an emergency services worker.
The yob wept at Liverpool Magistrates Court as she tried to blame her vile actions on “adrenaline”.
She said: “I heard about the stabbings in Southport and was very distressed, particularly given the fact that I used to work in a nursery.
“The adrenaline got the better of me and I used language I am ashamed of.”
Prosecutor Christopher Taylor said Clarke had been seen near the front of the protest on July 30.
She was identified as a suspect and her picture was circulated along with hundreds of other rioters, many of whom were caught on CCTV.
Thugs could be seen throwing missiles at police officers while chanting: “This is our f***ing country”.
The crowd had formed after Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven and Alice Da Silva Aguiar, nine, were stabbed while attending a Taylor Swift-themed dance class.
The racially-charged mob was triggered after the killer was wrongly identified as an Islamist migrant.
Clarke’s case was adjourned for a psychiatric report with her counsel, Daniel Travers, starting she had suffered from mental health problems.
She will be sentenced at the same court on October 22.
It comes as the mum of Britain’s worst rioter, 12, was today fined £1,200 for dodging her son’s court date for a trip to Ibiza.
She was slammed by an “astonished” judge after sunning herself on the Spanish party island as her son appeared in court for violent disorder.
The youngster was spotted attacking a bus driver, protesting a hotel housing asylum seekers and vandalising multiple shops.
When questioned on her decision the to skip out on the hearing, the beachgoer, 30, said: “It was not put to me how much I needed to be there.”
She was ordered to take part in a six-month parenting course and pay compensation of £1,200 – approximately the same cost as her holiday to Ibiza.
