Meanwhile, Romeo posed in a grey tracksuit with a beanie hat on, and stood with other staff members in the line-up.
David and Romeo posed for individual snaps with passers-by, and the football icon was also pictured signing autographs and football shirts.
The Tony’s Pie and Mash Instagram account penned: “Look who popped in for lunch on Saturday Always a pleasure to see @davidbeckham and family. They always make the customers feel special and make time for pictures and autographs. What an absolute legend.”
David and his family are big supporters of the café, which describes itself as a traditional pie and eel house that was established in 1995.
The eatery has welcomed the Beckhams many times over the years, and has pictures of all the family, including David’s son Brooklyn and his mum Sandra popping by for a visit.
A couple of years ago, David Beckham posed at his Cotswolds home with a plate of the pie and mash and tagged the café.
They shared the photo, writing: “Of course we get excited when @davidbeckham tags us in his pictures like he kindly did on his birthday last week. Forever grateful! We also get excited when ALL of our customers show their appreciation with a post or tag on their stories. Don’t be shy, tag us in! Honestly, it makes our day.”
They’ve had other famous faces swing by too, with Tony’s cementing its status amongst the celeb community.
This summer, EastEnders actor Danny Dyer was seen smiling away as he visited the café and posed for a photo with the staff.
David and Romeo’s visit comes after Romeo left his Premier League football club to take after mum Posh Spice and focus on a career in fashion.
The midfielder was offered a new contract by Brentford FC in June to stay on with their B team.
Romeo — the son of ex-England captain David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria Beckham — started training with the Bees in 2023 after leaving Inter Miami, his dad’s US Major League Soccer team.
But the suave 21-year-old, who featured in a Burberry campaign aged just ten and was named Britain’s 26th best dressed man in 2011, has now signed with a top fashion agent in Paris Safe management.
A source said: “Romeo has decided to hang up his football boots and devote his time to his fashion career.
“He has loved his time at Brentford but needs to focus his attention on fashion, which is where his passion lies.
“Romeo has recently signed with a top fashion agent in Paris and has his sights set on working with some massive brands.”
