Andrew Tate ‘raped & strangled’ 2 Brits & brother Tristan ‘sexually abused another’ as doc reveals victims’ abuse claims

TWO British women have spoken out about their claims that they were raped and strangled by disgraced influencer Andrew Tate.

A third has claimed for the first time that she was raped by Tate’s younger brother Tristan in a new documentary which reveals fresh details about allegations against the disgraced pair.

Andrew and his brother Tristan are facing allegations of crimes committed against 35 women

The women, under fake names of Daisy, Sienna and Anna, shared horrific accounts of alleged rape and strangulation with the BBC.

One said she woke up to find self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew raping her and another said Tristan held her by the throat as he assaulted her.

It comes as the brothers, 37 and 36, were arrested in Romania last month and accused of crimes against 35 women including a 15-year-old girl.

Currently under house arrest, they face allegations of human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor, forming an organised criminal group, money laundering and influencing statements.

The three Brit women are not involved in the Romanian proceedings and have shared accounts from at least ten years ago when the brothers lived in the UK.

Under the fake name Anna, one of them told how she went out with him on a few dates in 2013 before going back with him to his home.

She said: “He started kissing me… and he just looked up at the ceiling and said, ‘I’m just debating whether I should rape you or not’.

“Out of the blue he just grabbed me by the throat, smashed me to the back of the bed, strangling me extremely hard.”

He then allegedly raped her.

Anna said Tate taunted her with a slew of horrific messages and voice notes about rape after the alleged assault.

One of the texts, seen by BBC Panorama, read: “And I love raping you. And watching u let me while still debating if its a good idea or not. I like the conflict you have. And you do have it. Don’t deny it.”

He tried to make light of the strangulation, Anna said, by asking her: “Are you seriously so offended I strangled you a little bit?”

Another disturbing message read: “Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it.”

Anna went to Bedfordshire police in 2014 about the alleged attack and as two other women made similar accusations, a probe was launched.

In 2019 a dossier was passed onto the Crown Prosecution Service but there was not enough evidence to bring charges.

A second woman, named as Sienna in the doc, gives a similar story.

She said she first met Andrew 10 years ago in Luton and they had a “standard one-night stand”.

But a few months later they met again and she said: “We went to my bedroom… and we started having sex.

“That was when he put his hands around my throat.”

Sienna told how she passed out and when she came back around he was raping her.

“I was absolutely terrified,” she said.

“I just remember gasping for air… It was rape.

“One of the whites of my eyes had just gone completely red – apparently it’s quite common in domestic abuse cases where there’s been strangulation.”

One of Sienna’s friends told the broadcaster that she shared her experience at the time and that he saw her eye injury.

She said she regrets not going to the police.

A third woman, named as Daisy, levelled charges of rape against Tristan Tate in a first for the disgraced brothers.

She said the pair were dating in 2017 and he encouraged her to work for the brothers’ webcam business – even booking her flight to Bucharest.

After she arrived she told the BBC of a controlling environment where all the employees lived and worked together under strict rules.

She said: “The girls had their own rooms, but it wasn’t their personal space.

“Everything was Tristan’s and Andrew’s, the bedrooms that the girls worked in were also the bedrooms that the brothers would sleep in.”

The three women share their full accounts in BBC Panorama’s Andrew Tate: accused, airing at 8pm this evening.

The Sun has reached out to Andrew and Tristan Tate who declined to comment on the new information.

They still deny all allegations against them.

If found guilty they could face jail for over 10 years.

Andrew achieved fame as a social media influencer, sharing controversial videos on YouTube and TikTok and posting on Twitter.

He repeatedly preached about dominance over women, describing them as “intrinsically lazy” and saying: “There’s no way you can be rooted in reality and not be sexist.”

In a particularly shocking statement he once said “If you put yourself in a position to be r***d, you must bare [sic] some responsibility” while ranting about the criminal case against disgraced film mogul Harvey Weinstein.

During a live video debate on social media he once said: “One of the best things about being a man is being territorial and being able to say ‘that is mine’.”
