CAROL Vorderman has revealed she’s ditched TWO of her ‘special friends’ as she gives an update on her ‘free-spirited’ dating life.
The former Countdown star previously raised eyebrows by revealing she had five men in her life, and wasn’t exclusively dating any of them.

In a new interview with The Times, the 63-year-old revealed she was down to three “special friends”.
She explained with a shrug: “Life’s moved on, it’s free-spirited. There’s no ownership but it works.
“I haven’t had many relationships but I’ve had a couple of bad ones — they’re a gamble.”
She continued: “I love being single. I couldn’t think of anything worse than being with a full-time partner.
“Most women, even happily married ones, would say if something happened to their partner they’d feel the same. They to me say, ‘Yay! Good for you!’”
Despite her approach to relationships in recent years, Carol admitted she was “very happily married” to her second husband – and father of her children – Patrick King for many years until they separated in 2000.
Carol was previously married to Royal Navy officer Christopher Mather when she was 24, but the union only lasted 12 months.
Speaking about her “special friends”, Carol previously told You magazine: “Oh yeah, yeah, my ‘special friends’. I’m continuing with that system and it’s working very well.
“I’m not a jealous person and I’m happy when my friends are happy, whether they are ‘special friends’ or not.
“The goal of my life is to be happy, not to be in love. I just find people interesting and life interesting.”
Carol has also called out the double standard in society regarding dating.
She previously told Fabulous: “In the past, you’d be called horrible words as a woman.
