NICOLE Kidman abruptly left the Venice Film Festival after it was revealed that her mom Janelle Ann had died at the age of 84.
The A-list Hollywood actress appeared at the iconic festival for winning the Best Actress award for her role in Babygirl.

Halina read Nicole’s statement, “Today, I arrived in Venice to find out shortly after that my beautiful, brave mother Janelle had just passed.”
The audience gasped at the horrible news.
She continued, reading what Nicole said about her late mother, “I’m in shock and I have to go to my family, but this award is for her.
“She shaped me, she guided me, and she made me.
“I’m beyond grateful I get to say her name to all of you through Halina.
“The collision of life and art is heartbreaking and my heart is broken,” she said.
Halina concluded her speech by adding, “We love you, Nicole.”
