However, Jade says that she has recently decided to step back from her tweakments, stripping back on her “fake” make-up and wigs and says she is now looking younger than ever.
“I haven’t had any surgeries recently and have been focusing massively on my looks in every aspect I can other than surgery,” she says.
“Make-up, skincare, hair, outfits, I’ve spent hours researching products so that I can look my very best.
“I feel that I am looking better now than I did when I was 19 if I am honest!
“In the past, people have said I look like a clown or about 50 years old, ‘hideous’, ‘a state’.
“Any horrible comment you can think of, I’ve been called.
“But I also get a lot of really nice comments online and when I am out and about.”
Although she is going for a more natural approach, Jade is still focusing heavily on her ‘bimbo’ design – just without surgery.
The influencer first went under the knife at the age of 18, increasing her breast size from an A cup to GG to the tune of £8,000.
She has also spent over £500 on lip fillers, spray tans and wigs.
But these days, she’s ditched the wigs and is focusing on maintaining healthy skin.
Barbie Jade said: “I realised that skincare really helped me look more plump, bright and youthful.
“I also stopped wearing wigs after eight years of continually wearing them and this has made me look so much younger.
“Instead, I bleach-dye my hair to save time and money.

“I have also made my eyebrows thinner and draw the ends of my eyebrows on quite high up, this makes me look like I have had a mini face lift.
“I’m a bimbo Barbie 24/7.”
The 29-year-old also focuses on eating a healthy diet, using moisturiser every day and researches haircare and beauty products before using them.
LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.
Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.
Another reason that Barbie Jade believes she looks better now is due to embracing the colour she loves most – pink – and incorporating it in her life as much as possible.
She said: “Everything has to be pink; nails, toes, piercings.
The more pink, blonde and Barbie I am, the happier I am.
“It’s everything to me, a whole lifestyle.”
As for the trolls, Jade pays them no mind.
She added: “There is no response whatsoever from me towards the negative comments, as I do not get bothered one bit.
“I’m really happy with who I am, how I look, my personality and what I do for work.”
