The Blonde Bomber also has an avid following online, and even boasts a raunchy OnlyFans account.
However, Bridges revealed she has always been in the world of combat sports with some amazing throwback pictures.
The fan favourite posted several snaps showing her competing in kickboxing years ago.
Bridges could be seen giving it some welly as she landed several kicks on her coach.
And Bridges also lifted the lid on her former life as a bodybuilder, revealing a ripped body on stage in a bikini.
She said: “Big throwback to when I was clean skinned and use like to kicking, kneeing and elbowing people.
“I did karate from age of 5, for 8 years, and then starting kickboxing and Muay Thai in my teens through to my early 20s before bodybuilding took over.”
Bridges revealed earlier this year she has forged a friendship with UFC legend Conor McGregor.
She said: “He is so caring and he just wants everyone to be okay. He’s really caring and obviously he’s the life of the party.
“While he’s doing all that, he’s definitely thinking of others around him and just making sure everyone’s okay.
“He’s nice, fun, supportive and really, really positive. I do feel sorry for him in a sense, especially in public.
“There’s so much pressure and he could probably never just be Conor McGregor.
“He always supports whatever I’m doing, so f**k the haters. You look up to someone like him with the brand that he’s built and the success he’s made.
“I know that I put in a lot of work to be where I am, so I can only imagine the work that he puts in.
“Really, it’s all about being yourself with a dash of something extra.”
