HE’s one of the most famous faces in sport and even boasts an honorary doctorate for his boxing prowess, but as David Haye once said himself – he’s a ‘selfish pr**k’ when it comes to women.
Since ‘throupling’ up with model Sian Osbourne in 2020, the ‘Hayemaker’ has introduced at least four other women into their unconventional relationship – and sadly, broken a few hearts along the way.
Those include gorgeous DJ Mica Jova in April 2023 and a Canadian businesswoman called Danielle in August the same year.
Just this week actress Helen Flanagan tearfully admitted that she was once “in love” with him.
But despite falling for the lothario she refused to be added to his “bed rota” of women, saying: “I wouldn’t have enjoyed watching the man I was in love with having sex with another woman.”
She broke down as admitted how she felt “really really guilty” about sleeping with the 43-year-old while he was with Sian, 32, who seems to sit comfortably on his threesome list.
Meanwhile, The Saturday’s singer Una Healy, 43, insisted she’d never heard of the word ‘throuple’ before meeting Haye, and believed she was ‘hoodwinked’ into joining the unconventional set-up.

Despite leaving heartbreak in his wake, Haye has secured his title as “the biggest player in sport” – with some fans claiming he is “living the dream”.
But according to Tina Wilson, relationship expert and founder of Wingman, throuple relationships come with a host of complications.
She says: “You need to know what you’re signing up for. One of the challenges is the extra emotional effort involved.
“Firstly, explaining your relationship style can feel exhausting, and you may constantly have to manage both your emotions and those of the other people involved.
“Jealousy and insecurity might arise more often in a throuple than in a typical couple, simply because there are more people and feelings at play, which can lead to resentment and heartbreak.
“It takes a lot of time and on-going work to keep the relationship strong. Everyone needs to be fully committed, because if one person isn’t, it can cause significant problems.”
And it seems that Helen was keen to steer clear.
Discussing her brief fling with Haye last year, following her split from footballer Scott Sinclair, the 34-year-old went onto reveal on Celebs Go Dating how she couldn’t cope sharing David with Sian.
Helen’s heartfelt sentiments are a far cry from the heavyweight champ’s yo-yo-ing mindset.
He’s been pictured enjoying the company of stunning women when Sian is nowhere in sight.
Yet on Valentine’s Day he paid tribute to the 32-year-old model, who he’d previously labelled as his “co-conspirator”, with a bizarre and cringey declaration of love, that suggested she might well be the only woman who’ll put up with him.
“In the dance of life, you are the partner who has embraced my true essence, unconditionally,” he gushed. “’Amidst my rough edges, you guide me through a path of Love, wellness and creativity.”
In a call out advertising for new “hotties” on posh dating app Raya back in April, the Lothario confessed how he’s not exactly monogamous boyfriend material, even going so far as to call himself a “selfish prick” in a bizarre attempt to entice gorgeous women into his bed.
“Nothing is ever good enough,” he warned potential dates. “I always want more, rarely satisfied.
“I’ve got many deep-rooted complex demons, eating me up from the inside, manifesting in disgustingly shocking acts of . . . let’s not tell you everything and spoil the surprise!”.
It looks like, for now at least, that Sian is on board with their unconventional arrangement.
But if she’s looking for commitment in future, she is probably out of luck with a man like Haye, says Tina.
“A man who is willing to interchange partners and advertise on his dating profile that ‘nothing is ever good enough’ shows signs of narcissism,” she adds.
“His approach to relationships gives an insight into his values around commitment, emotional security and trust,” she explains.
David Haye is a British former professional boxer who competed between 2002 and 2018.
He is best known for being a world champion in two weight classes: cruiserweight and heavyweight.
His nickname is The Hayemaker.
Outside of the ring, he was known for his charisma, confidence and ability to sell fights.
In recent years, his love life has been somewhat of a spectacle.
But on paper, it’s easy to see why Haye is a catch and why these savvy, smart women might fall for him.
With a net worth of over £15m, celebrity pals including Dizzee Rascal and One Direction, and an enviable physique to boot thanks to “hard work and dedication, hard work and dedication”, some women can’t resist.
One Playboy bunny, who slept with him in 2003, called it “the best sex I’ve ever had”.
Fans were shocked when Una started a relationship with Haye in 2022, and he posted a photo with his arms around both of his bikini-clad girlfriends, but she later denied ever being in a throuple with Sian.
She bailed on the relationship in February 2023, after Haye and Sian went on holiday without her.

She said: “I’m a monogamous person, hopefully I will settle down again one day with a nice monogamous man.”
She also claimed that when she first met Haye on a dating app, he told her he didn’t “believe that traditional relationships exist anymore.”
She added: “He was honest that I wasn’t the only woman he was seeing. I was very aware that he was seeing other people.
“I was like, ‘I’m out. This isn’t for me. He can have whoever he wants’. One will never be enough for him.”
Haye did once ‘dabble’ in monogamy when he wed ex-wife Natasha, now 42, in 2008.
They were together eight years, had three children – Cassius, Sienna and Kingston – but reports of an affair ended the marriage, which had already been blighted by infidelity on his part.
At one point during the marriage he was pictured cosying up to TOWIE star Lauren Goodger at a party.
He also allegedly bedded a stunning blonde behind his wife’s back, as well as having an extra marital fling with a stripper.
When Natasha’s request for a divorce, citing unreasonable behaviour, was granted in just 30 seconds, Haye made her sign a gagging order, conveniently meaning she was never allowed to reveal details of his affairs.
While he hadn’t exactly proven himself to be a one woman man by 2020, the dive into ‘throupledom’ appears to have started when he met Sian.
But even as far back as 16 years ago, the boxer was boasting about how women couldn’t get enough of him.
And when asked why he had so many scantily clad female followers on social media site MySpace, he replied, “They seem to be drawn to me.”

The reason for this, Tina adds, could be down to Haye’s “self assurance”.
She explains: “His powerful presence and self-assurance ultimately add to his charm.
“Subconsciously women are drawn to his type, they try and change them but they rarely can. He is a challenge they want to take on.
“His appeal is also the confidence, success, physique and the thrill that comes with being a high-profile rich athlete.”
It’s unlikely that Haye is a man who struggles to sleep at night because of his frivolousness in relationships.
However, Tina says he could be putting any chance of long-term happiness in jeopardy.
“Bringing more people into the mix might still affect David’s chance at finding lasting love,” she says.
“If feelings aren’t addressed or if someone feels overlooked, it can create tension between everyone.
“Open communication and ensuring everyone feels valued is crucial. Without that, the relationship could fall apart.
“It’s easy to be drawn to the concept, but the reality is much harder to manage.”
And referring to former Coronation Street star Helen, Tina says she shouldn’t dwell on leaving Haye behind.
“For some, like Helen, open relationship dynamics can be an emotional rollercoaster, and navigating those feelings can be tough.
“It’s perfectly normal to feel confused and want a traditional, monogamous relationship.”
