TWO teenage boys have been charged with murder after a 13-year-old was knifed to death.
Jahziah Coke was fatally stabbed inside his own home in Sandwell on August 29.
Emergency services raced to Lovett Avenue, in Oldbury, around 4pm where they battled to save the schoolboy’s life.
Tragically, Jahziah was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both suspects, who cannot be named because of their ages, were arrested on Sunday.
West Midlands Police also arrested a man in his 40s who has since been charged with assisting an offender.
Flowers, candles and teddies were left in tribute outside the semi-detached home last week.
Jahziah’s family are now being supported by specialist officers.
His heartbroken mum today paid tribute to her “loving” son.
She said: “Jahziah was a very polite, kind and family-orientated young man.
“He was very loving and always smiling. His smile would light up the room. He was very kind-hearted.”
All three suspects will appear at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
Police are not looking for anyone else as part of their investigation.
Cops are now urging anyone with information to come forward and get in touch via Live Chat or call 101, quoting log 3204 of 29/8/24.
