The Love Island legend has recently revealed how she doesn’t always look as glam as she did on the hit reality TV show.
Cara De La Hoyde who shares son, Freddie George, and daughter Delilah with hubby Nathan Massey revealed she often heads to school with her tots in her pyjamas.
Revealing all in her podcast The School Runway alongside her co-host Bronagh Meere she admitted to wearing her pyjamas.
Cara said: “I’ve done the school run in pyjamas, you know that I’m that guy.”
The mum-of-two added that it wasn’t something she did often, but couldn’t help it during the winter months.
“In the winter, I will put a tracksuit over my pyjamas because it’s cold and I don’t want to take my clothes off in the morning.”
Cara added that she was well known at the primary school she takes her son Freddie too – even getting laughed at by the teachers.
“They all know me up there, they just laugh at me,” she continued.
“They’re just like ‘Oh here she is coming up here in her pyjamas.'”
Recently, the Love Island star admitted to ‘spiralling’ after giving birth to her first child and ditching her glamorous Love Island life.
Cara and Nathan welcomed their first child, a son named Freddie, in 2017, not long after they won the show.
“I felt quite lost for a while”, she said.
Cara said that she had to mute a lot of people on Instagram, as she felt upset seeing pictures of people all glammed up at events.
However, she revealed that one day she had an “epiphany”.
“I thought, why am I trying to compete with all these people because that’s not where I am in my life”, she said.
“I’m now a mum, I’ve got a normal mum body and it took that change in my brain to realise that this is my life now and I should be happy.”
