RATHER than growing old in a rocking chair, one woman’s grandmother was rocking her anti-aging routine.
Listening to Granny’s words of wisdom helped her get rid of wrinkles with her age-defying technique that doesn’t cost a dime.

“Retinol, drink more water, and face massages,” she advised.
“I cannot tell you how much face massages have helped.”
The massaging method especially helped to turn back time — decades, in fact.
“My grandma used to do them all the time and she’s 84 and easily could pass for late 60s,” she said.
She explained that to perfect the technique, it is best to fold your two index fingers so that your middle finger knuckle is out.
You will then want to take both fingers and firmly but gently massage from the bottom “almost next to the corner of your eyes but at the bridge of your nose.”
“Massage up and over around your eyebrows, with your left massaging over the left as your right goes over your right eyebrow to your temple,” she said.
After lifting, she begins again from the original position.
If you feel what seems like a “bump between your eyes,” you’re doing it right.
She recommends massaging that area for five minutes a day, as frequently as you can during the week.
The rapid results spoke for themselves.
“I saw a huge change after a week and the bump is now gone,” she said.
“The line I had forming in the center [is] so much less visible. It’s dramatic.”
She admitted it might sound like a “snake oil” trick, but she figured it was worth a try since her grandma “looks unreal.”

The age-defying method did not disappoint.
“I gave it a shot and it worked,” she said.
If you want to try her grandmother’s other recommendation of using retinol, Target sells a CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Face Serum for $22.99.
Others shared their own facial massage success stories.
“When I realize I’ve been squinting I massage between my eyes and my forehead by rubbing in circles and really releasing any tension in there,” said a user.

“Face massage can help. Relax those muscles [makes] you more aware of their tension,” another Redditor chimed in.
“Using the top knuckles of your fist and middle fingers, massage the inner corners of your eyebrows in a circular and outwards motion,” a reader shared their own massaging technique.
“Then, with your fingertips, pinch across the length of each eyebrow,” they added.
“The crease is caused by overactive muscles, you need to relax them. This will help.
“I would try a gua sha stone to massage the area. If nothing else, it does feel amazing as it forces tension out and stones are inexpensive.”
