FAR-right activist Tommy Robinson could face jail after being issued with a new contempt of court claim following a film being shown at a protest.
It is alleged Robinson breached a 2021 High Court order barring him from repeating slurs about a Syrian refugee who successfully sued him.
The film containing the libellous allegations — called Silenced — was shown at a demonstration in London’s Trafalgar Square last month.
It is one of six actions said to have breached the injunction between June and July this year.
The application is the second recently against Robinson, 41 — real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon — after a claim in June.
Both cases will be heard on October 28.
Contempt of court can result in up to two years in jail, a fine, or both.
