It comes after a rioting thug was bitten by a police dog during scenes of violence in Hartlepool earlier this month.
Ryan Sheers, 28, was seen shouting at officers “I pay your wages”.
In the clip, shared widely on social media, Sheers drops down into a crouched position, goading cops, at one point even patting his backside.
Suddenly a cop gave the command for his dog to tackle Sheers and it quickly launched at him, pulling at his loosely fitting white shorts while he frantically tried to run away.
