Harry is ‘dredging up every awful thing he’s said about royals all over AGAIN…his timing couldn’t be worse’, expert says

PRINCE Harry is “dredging everything up again” and his “timing couldn’t be worse”, claimed royal experts.

The Duke of Sussex, 39, will see his explosive memoir Spare released in paperback version – on the exact day King Charles attends a major royal event.

Spare was originally published in 2023 and launched vile attacks on the Royal Family.

Harry cruelly alleged Prince William knocked him to the floor and ripped his necklace after heated words about Meghan Markle.

The dad-of-two also recalled how he begged his father not to marry Camilla and feared she would be a “wicked stepmother” figure.

Meanwhile, speaking about his mother Diana’s death when he was 12-years-old, the duke claimed Charles didn’t even give him a hug.

And, during interviews to garner more publicity before it hit the shelves, Harry unleashed a litany of more digs at his now estranged family.

Spare’s paperback release, on October 24 in the UK, and October 22 in the US, will also hit at the exact time as His Majesty attends his first Heads of Government meeting in Samoa.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Sun: “Harry probably had no idea that his father would be at there.

“That wouldn’t sort of go into Harry’s remit I wouldn’t think, so I think it’s I think it’s unfortunate timing.

“Of course it will dredge everything up again.

“There’s plenty of words in that book to to go through again, many more people will buy the book, because it’ll be cheaper, and it’s more portable.

“It is very unusual for a paperback to come out without any update, but it does happen.

“Harry could have added something in light of King Charles and Princess Kate’s cancer diagnoses over the past year.

“He could have easily done that, but he obviously didn’t want to.

“Maybe there will be something we just don’t know.

It’s actually coming out at a very, very difficult time. The timing couldn’t be worse, really and I’m sure it’s going to dredge up the whole scandal again, the whole family problems

“But I would have thought a new forward or something like that, with Harry, being perhaps a little more humble would actually help soften the blow.

“But I mean, whatever Harry does it, I don’t think it’s going to make any difference to the situation as it stands as of the moment.

“I thought for one crazy moment that maybe Harry would go to Balmoral this summer, and that would have been the moment. But that’s obviously not going to happen.”

On the timing of the release the royal expert believed King Charles would be too busy to care.

Harry & Meghan 'will keep giving veiled swipes at Royal Family’

By Jamie Philips

HARRY and Meghan are likely to be planning more international trips to boost their “brand”, a royal expert has said.

The Sussexes have returned home after a four-day “faux royal” tour of Colombia – weeks after a similar trip to Nigeria.

They were seen packing on the PDA throughout their trip, including sharing a passionate kiss during an intimate salsa session.

The purpose of the trip was said to be building bridges, joining forces against cyber-bullying and promoting women’s leadership.

But royal author Ingrid Seward has suggested Harry and Meghan had an ulterior motive for taking up an invite to visit Colombia.

She also claimed the international trips may be a veiled swipe at the Royal Family, given Harry‘s reluctance to visit the UK owing to his ongoing row with the Home Office over security.

Ingrid told The Sun: “[The trip] was very carefully thought out from beginning to end. For instance, there were was chosen reporter photographers chosen.

“It was all very, very tight – and so there was no chance of anything going wrong.

“Most of the things they went to, and the few people that they met, had really no idea why they were there.

“What I went away with was the feeling of why were they there? What were they doing?

“And the only answer one can come up with is that they were promoting their own brand.”

Harry and Meghan‘s trips to Nigeria and Colombia come as the duke has been stuck in a long-running battle over his protection in the UK.

King Charles is understood to be frustrated by his son’s legal dispute with the Home Office after he lost the right to close protection when he stepped down as a working royal.

Ingrid has suggested the trips abroad, of which there are likely to be more to come, could be seen as a subtle dig at the Royal Family.

She added: “It does look as if it’s a dig at the royal family. Apparently when they were there they never met the ordinary man in the street at all. They were kept miles away from anyone.

“The security was absolutely tremendous. So unless people had been picked to meet them, nobody even saw them or didn’t even know why they were there.

“The only reason they knew they were there was because all the roads were closed.

“So from that point of view I would think it was quite a strange thing to do – just to go to a country, be completely surrounded by security and talk to really, ostensibly very few people say.

“It was all very stage managed, as everything with the Sussexes is. I think everything was very, very carefully constructed.”

“This is Charles’ first Commonwealth, Heads of Government meeting as as king,” she said.

“It’s pretty important to him, so I don’t think it’s going to affect him and what he’s doing.

“I just think it’s a rather unpleasant reminder of what has gone on with Harry, and indeed, Meghan over the past year.”

‘TIMING COULDN’T BE WORSE’

Meanwhile royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun the “timing couldn’t be worse” and the fear of a Spare sequel, or book from Meghan still looms over the Firm.

“With the illnesses, cancer treatments to both the King and Kate, that’s the last thing they need at the moment,” he said.

“Apparently he hasn’t updated it. I’m sure he’s got quite a lot of information he could be using.

“So some people are saying, ‘Is this an olive branch’. I don’t tend to sort of go for that school of thought.

“It’s actually coming out at a very, very difficult time. The timing couldn’t be worse, really and I’m sure it’s going to dredge up the whole scandal again, the whole family problems.”

Mr Dampier added that in terms of the bitter family feud ever ending “they’re still far apart”.

He added: “Sometimes journalists even spot things in books that they didn’t the first time around, and they get lifted out and they get used and turned into big stories. And that could easily happen.

“More people are going to be reading it, and as I say, the timing couldn’t be worse, because it’s at a time when the King is struggling with cancer.

“Right slap, bang in the middle of a very important commonwealth heads of government meeting. This is probably not something they need.”

PROTECTIVE CAMILLA

Speaking of how Charles will handle the clash, the royal expert suggested wife Camilla will be his rock.

Queen Camilla is is very much protecting, Charles. She doesn’t want anything to stress him at all,” he said.

“I think that’s one of the reasons why he only spent less than half an hour with Harry when he came over, when the cancer diagnosis was initially announced, and then didn’t see him the second time he came over.

“So I think definitely she’s going to want to protect him and keep the stress levels down.”

The Sussexes were contacted for comment.
