OLIVIA Attwood has admitted her relationship with Bradley Dack was ‘f*****g c**p’ the first time around – as she slammed him for his infidelities.
Presenter Olivia, 33, married Sunderland footballer Bradley, 30, in a lavish ceremony last year, where she said her vows in a £30k wedding dress at a five-star London hotel.
But, while they’re stronger than ever these days, she’s been transparent with fans about his cheating when they first dated in 2017.
Speaking with The Sun to promote her ITV2 dating show, Olivia Attwood’s Bad Boyfriends, she went into further detail about her heartache from his actions.
The Love Island legend branded him “wrong” for being unfaithful while cryptically confessing there have been many occasions in her love life where she “should have walked away sooner”.
Olivia said: “When Brad and I were together the first time around, we, you know… I do say as well, we were in a committed relationship and he 100% was wrong for that.
“It wasn’t the serious relationship we obviously went on to be in. But I think him and other boyfriends I’ve had, a lot of life experience, a lot of times I should have walked away sooner, a lot of times I handled things wrong.
“And I think that all the boyfriends I’ve had, including my experience with Brad, it’s a lot of life experience that, for me, is work.
“And, you know, a lot of people ask me for relationship advice, they DM me, they send me voice notes on Instagram, Twitter.
“And it’s, like, that was kind of a growth that became this show of me imparting… sometimes it’s really good advice, sometimes it’s crap.
“But they know, they take the good bits and yeah, take it with a pinch of salt sometimes.”
Olivia went on to highlight their openness to discuss sensitive topics, including their past issues, which many other couples would avoid.
She explained: “Brad and I have the most, we have, like without bragging, we have a pretty cool relationship where we both can talk about like our past, people we’ve dated, stuff that’s happened with us.
“We are very much that couple where we discuss all the things that other couples don’t discuss. Like, he came on the podcast the other week and we were going over stuff.
“And, you know, we’re like that couple, if I went past a restaurant, I’d go, ‘I went on a date there with some guy, you know, 10 years ago.’
“Whereas, a past boyfriend would be like, ‘Oh, what are you talking about?’ Whereas we are very open and his ego is very intact.
“He’s very chilled out guy. And yeah, I think he thought he saw so much of himself in so many of the lads and was like, ‘Remember when our relationship looked like that?’
“And I’m like, ‘Yeah, I did. And it was f*****g c**p.'”
Olivia appeared on Love Island soon after their first split, where she met Chris Hughes, and even moved in with him.
But throughout that time she was still in touch with Bradley, eventually getting back with him in 2018 after she and Chris had split up.
The pair documented their engagement and wedding on ITV reality show Olivia Meets Her Match.
But then Bradley signed for Sunderland, taking him away nearly 300 miles from Olivia in London.
Meanwhile, her career went from strength to strength.
She has fronted two documentaries for ITV2 — The Price Of Perfection, about cosmetic surgery, and Getting Filthy Rich, about selling sex online, which last year won Best Popular Factual programme at the Broadcast Awards.
Besides her podcast So Wrong It’s Right, there is also the new show.
It will see eight unsuspecting bad boyfriends flown to a Greek island under the premise of filming a series about manhood and bromance in a hedonistic holiday mecca.
But they soon receive the shock of their lives when Olivia announces their wild partying days are on hold and to reveal the true purpose of the show – to whip them into better boyfriend shape.
All at the behest of their long-suffering girlfriends, whose surprise, dramatic arrivals cause mayhem.
But Olivia has her work cut out attempting to reform the wayward bunch of boys from serial cheaters and lazy lovers, to commitment-phobes and man-children.
Across 11 episodes, the boys will compete in a series of challenges, designed to rectify their ways and battle it out to become the most improved boyfriend.
There will be eliminations across the series as the least improved boyfriends deemed incapable of improving are voted out, resulting in one boy being crowned the most improved boyfriend but left facing a huge dilemma.
Olivia said: “I’m so excited and honoured to announce that I am hosting my own dating show.
“This series has been two years in the making and keeping it under wraps has been so difficult!
“Filming with the couples in Greece exceeded all my expectations – they are just incredible and viewers are in for an absolute treat.”
