STACEY Solomon has opened up about her recent holiday to a “really expensive” hotel in Turkey – but confessed she used Instagram ads to save money.
The 34-year-old has been in Antalya with husband Joe Swash and her five children.
Last night Loose Women star Stacey, 34, revealed they were on their way home and took to Instagram to share details of the trip with her followers.
She said: “We all packed and ready to go home.
“So many of you have asked me about the hotel. So, now that we’re leaving, I’ll tag the hotel.
“I’m going to put ‘AD’ on every frame that I tag the hotel in because I got money off through Super Connector and I also worked with Jet2 earlier in the year and got some vouchers so I used them on this holiday, so that saved me money as well.”
Stacey continued: “It’s the same hotel we came to last year. It is a really expensive hotel but we loved it so much…
“It’s really difficult, we’ve got a 16 year old down to a one-year-old so it’s difficult to find places that cater to all of those ages. And this place is just amazing.”
Stacey and the family stayed at the Regnum Carya in Antalya, where rooms start from around £1,000 per person per night.
She and Joe, 42, share Rex, five, Rose, two and one-year-old Belle while she is also mum to Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 12, from previous relationships.
Some fans have hit out at the couple for choosing to take their family to Turkey.
One fan commented: “Sorry, but Turkey is an absolute no no from me. You need to look up what they are doing to dogs and cats. Poisoning them to have a long painful death. Then thrown out in the rubbish. I hope you won’t be returning next year, especially as a dog lover/owner.
Someone else added: “Google the new law that was passed there at the end of July.
“They are poisoning them, beheading them, settling fire to the shelters, there are huge mass graves. I have two Turkish rescue dogs, and loved Turkey until this law was passed. There are heartbreaking videos on Tiktok etc.”
Another agreed: “I’m really sorry to pop the holiday fun bubble but Turkey has just passed a law to euthanise stray dogs (4 million I think).
“No matter how much fun it looks, I wouldn’t step foot there knowing what there are doing to animals.”
