MEGAN McKenna has been forced to hit back once again after being ‘food-shamed’ over her latest cooking video.
The pregnant former Towie star has been posting updates on her life while cooking evening meals for her and footballer fiancé, Oliver Burke.

In her latest video, Megan was seen happily making crepes while discussing her excitement about having her baby, which should be due within the next month.
As the star spoke about babies recognising music, she joked the tot will “definitely be a Swiftie” as she’s been listening to Taylor Swift’s country albums.
However, one viewer decided to complain about her crepe skills after watching the star douse them in sugar and lemon.
They wrote: “Too much sugar hun? Honey would be a better option much more healthier for the baby”
However, Megan was clearly done with the negativity, simply writing back: “Boring”.
“Oh for god sake! Really?!?” one fan responded. “Eat the pancakes @meganmckenna and enjoy them, when you get this far in pregnancy, the struggle is real and don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for having some sugar!”
Others jumped to her defence, with one commenting: “There’s always one.”
Another noted: “Have a day off. She’s an adult, she doesn’t need your opinion”
While a third said: “Eat whatever the hell you want….i lived on chocolate spread on toast and carried around pick’n’mix for 9 months in my handbag!”
In the video, Megan noted she was finding the third trimester “the hardest” part of her pregnancy, and admitted she was struggling to sleep with the baby moving around in her belly.
Showing off her bump by lifting her black tank top, Megan told her followers that she “never thought she’d be the person to talk to her baby as it kicked” and explained she felt “connected” to the unborn tot.
She later added in the comment: “Anyone else sitting on the end of the bed at 5am waiting for the sun to come up 3rd trimester is defo the hardest..
“Even though I’m struggling with acid reflux & insomnia I feel so connected to our baby! It’s the best ever. I can’t even imagine how I’m going to feel when it’s here. Best memories coming.”
The new video comes after she admitted struggling to walk and breathe after her baby bump “dropped” as the due date approaches.
Mum-to-be Megan has suffered bouts of illness during her first pregnancy.
Megan announced in April she was pregnant with her first child, after rounds of IVF treatment with fiancé Ollie in order to conceive.
However, she’s been plagued with medical issues since, including being bedridden after a bad reaction to medication she was given.
Megan has also admitted her pregnancy is complicated by her severe wheat allergy, as she’s worried about what this could mean for her child.
In July, she revealed she had been rushed to hospital after a severe allergic reaction left her fighting for her life.
Thankfully, she has since been OK with her symptoms under better control.
