A MAN who was arrested after a “beautiful” woman died falling from a moving van has walked free.
Leah Senior, 27, was killed in January after sustaining serious injuries when she fell out of the white van in Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, West Yorks.
The Ford Transit was travelling at speeds of 40mph when tragic Leah, from Huddersfield, plunged from it.
At the time, a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drug driving offences.
Cops later bailed him pending further investigation.
The force has this week confirmed the now-26-year-old will be allowed to walk free.
West Yorkshire Police said: “Following further enquiries a 26-year-old man who was released on bail in connection with the incident has now been released without further action.
“A file is being prepared for the coroner.”
Leah’s death rocked the community at the start of the year – with dozens of floral tributes being laid at the scene.
Heartbreaking notes read: “How sad, such a beautiful young lady. RIP,” while another said: “That poor beautiful girl. A life taken so early.”
A police forensic tent was erected in the road where Leah died in the hours that followed.
One woman previously told local media: “I saw police put up a tent and knew it was a fatality. It’s disgusting.
“I don’t know what’s coming to the world. It’s really horrible to think about.”
