AMY Childs has begged fans for their support after revealing she is “very worried” about her daughter Polly.
The Towie star took to social media and told her followers that Polly, seven, is due to undergo an operation next week.
Amy’s eldest child is booked in to have a tonsils removed – but she is worried sick about her.
Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-four shared a beautiful picture of Polly, which was taken on holiday in Tenerife.
She wrote: “Just love this picture of you Polly …
“My darling girl has got to have her tonsils out next week, nervous and worried is an understatement, I had mine out when I was 4!!
“Tonsillitis every 4/6 weeks, she really has been through it bless her, so the best outcome is to get her tonsils out.
“Going to update you next week when she has them out.. a very worried mummy .”
Amy then asked: “How long roughly till she is ok after operation?? 2 weeks??”
Many of the star’s 1.1million followers have rallied round to offer their good wishes and support.
One told her: “My daughter had her tonsils & adenoids out a couple of weeks ago. She shocked me and bounced back right away.
“I struggled so bad when I had mine out but my 6 year old was a trooper!”
Another wrote: “My daughter had hers out and she was a different child, well worth the operation. Plenty of ice cream.”
And a third added: “11 days for my daughter to be over the worst, it gets worse days 5-7 and then suddenly they turn a big corner and better quite fast after that.
“Was the best thing for my daughter she’s a lot happier now. Best wishes x.”
Amy found fame in 2011 when she landed a part in The Only Way Is Essex.
The star returned to the ITVBe reality show in recent years and three out of her four children now appear in front of the camera.
One of those is Polly, who she shares with now-ex boyfriend Bradley Wright.
Amy and Bradley first struck up a romance in 2013 but split when he was jailed for 18 months for handling stolen goods.
Bradley already had a criminal record having received a sentence of 16 months at Basildon Crown Court, Essex, in 2013, for three counts of theft.
In 2010 he spent 19 months in a Young Offender Institution for burglary, handling stolen goods and driving offences.
Amy and Bradley got back together after his release and went on to have Polly in 2017, but they split for good the same year.
The following year, Amy welcomed her second child – a son called Ritchie – with businessman who is also called Ritchie.
However, in line with his father’s wishes, Ritchie has never appeared on social media or in front of the TV cameras.
Last year, Amy became a mum for the third and fourth time when she gave birth to twins Billy and Amelia (Milly for short).
In the same month, she got engaged to their dad Billy Delbosq.
Towie fans were left stunned when Amy turned up to the cast’s sun-soaked trip to Cyprus two months later with her newborn babies in tow.
They have since continued to appear on the reality show, which is due to return for a new series this Sunday (August 25).
