CARL Woods has taken a string of not-so-thinly veiled swipes at Katie Price and her new boyfriend JJ Slater on Instagram.
The former Love Islander, who dated Katie from June 2020 until the end of last year, took to Instagram to offer advice to his followers.
Soon, he was responding to multiple messages asking for advice about relationships – with each response from Carl seemingly a bitter jab at Katie.
The new Q+A comes after it was revealed Katie cheated on Carl with an ex-England star during a boozy night out in 2022.
One asked whether they should take back a cheater, to which he responded: “Absolutely do NOT – Don’t be a fool.
“They do it once and you accept it – you’ve just set the bar for acceptable disrespect. DO NOT.”
Another took and even more barbed jab, asking “how to get rid of toxic people always trying to upset your life”, to which he responded: “Cut em off like a cancer.”
While a third asked for “advice on dealing with someone who constantly believes their own lies”.
“I’ve never had any experience with that one,” he responded, alongside two emojis with a Pinocchio nose, hinting he was lying.
“People don’t believe their own lies, they know [they’re] full of s***,” he added. “Stand in your truth.”
Another asked how to get over an on/off partner snogging someone else while they were on a break.
“You won’t. Simple as that. It’ll always be there,” he replied.
The final message asked: “How do you stop thinking of my ex in bed with new partner and what have they got I haven’t.”
“If it’s happened once the shock is over,” he said. No one taps you on the shoulder and says ‘they’re in bed right now’.
“Your brain must be stronger than your feelings. Take control of your mind.”
“Anyway f*** them anyways,” he added. “Whoever is with your ex thinks [they’re] winning. Wait until they realise they’ve won the booby prize.”
Katie and Carl had a whirlwind romance that saw them engaged after just 10 months of dating.

2020-2023: Car salesman Carl Woods took a shining to Katie in 2020. Their relationship was up and down for three years. They broke up for a final time last year.
2024-present: After weeks of rumours, Katie confirmed her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater in February this year.
However, they had a series of break-ups and make-ups before finally calling things quits at the end of 2023.
She’s now dating Married At First Sight star John Joe Slater, 31, with the pair heading to Turkey to get plastic surgery together – including matching turkey teeth and Katie getting a new face lift.
In her new book, This Is Me, Katie accused Carl of cheating on her during their relationship, prompting Carl to speak out to deny the allegations.
He then shared with The Sun WhatsApp messages proving she had ” a drunken sh*g she can’t remember” with an England football player.
She grovelled: “I can’t argue, it’s my fault. I’m sorry, I’ll always love you.”

Speaking about the effect Katie’s infidelity had on him, Carl said: “You start to hate yourself. I couldn’t tell anyone about it because I looked so stupid. I couldn’t talk to my friends, my family about it, no one. So you start to hate yourself.
“I remember I’d wake up next to her and I’d immediately hate myself because I’d be thinking I bet she’s been with this guy…
“You end up building resentment for yourself while you’re trying to forgive and work through it.
“But she had me hook, line and sinker. I fell madly in love with her and she did whatever the f**k she wanted.”
A rep for Katie said: “Kate is happy and in a positive place, therefore we don’t see the need to comment on past relationships any further.”
