A NEW route between the UK and a popular seaside city in Europe is set to launch from next spring.
Last year, Jet2 announced the launch of a new service from Birmingham Airport to Pula, Croatia.

Flights will run every Monday and Friday throughout the summer until September 29, 2025.
Outbound services on a Monday will leave Birmingham Airport at 6.45am before arriving in Pula at 10.05am.
Return flights will then leave Pula at 10.55am, landing back in the UK at 12.20pm.
Flight times on a Friday are slightly different because they leave Birmingham Airport 15 minutes earlier at 6.30am.
Friday flights land in Pula at 9.50am, with return journeys taking off at 10.35am and landing back in the UK at midday.
Tickets are already on sale, with one-way fares starting from £71 per person.
Temperatures in Pula rarely drop below 10C in the winter, with highs of 27C forecast in the summer.
According to a group of travel experts, Pula is the “‘perfect summer temperatures”.

Located in Istria, is a heart-shaped peninsula in Croatia, Pula is one of the country’s most well-known destinations.
Istria itself has been compared to Italy, while also being praised for its beaches, sun and vast range of activities.
Pula is an ideal vacation spot for history lovers, couples, and groups of friends since it has everything from architectural treasures to lively nightlife.
For example, Pula has its very own Colosseum that’s said to be more intact than its famous counterpart in Rome.
There’s also the Arch of the Sergii, a huge triumphal that’s the main gateway into its historic centre.
Because of its seafront location, Pula isn’t short on beaches to visit, including Galebove stijene, Jamica Beach and Valsaline.
Pula now uses the Euro, after Croatia ditched the kuna last January, with around £10 getting €11.
The main language is Croatia, although most people will speak English at the resorts.
Pula is currently one hour ahead from the UK.
You need to register your arrival in Croatia within the first day, as well as have at least three months left on your passport from the day you leave.
Brits don’t need a visa if travelling for up to 90 days in a 180-day period, and Covid rules have been scrapped.
Lopud has also won favour with the Beckhams who often visit the Croatia island for a holiday.
