MEGAN McKenna slammed a troll who accused her of having Botox whilst pregnant.
The TV star said she was “sick” of people accusing her of having work done as she called out the follower.
The cruel comment came after Megan shared a video of her cooking a stack of pancakes.
Wearing cosy pyjamas and showing her natural beauty without makeup, she said how she’d been preparing her hospital bag.
“Celebrating every milestone in this pregnancy! Ordered so much stuff for the hospital! Ordered so much stuff for the hospital! It’s just the best,” she wrote in the caption.
“Shall I do a pack my hospital bag with me when it’s time? Also gluten free pancakes for dinner is sometimes needed… I’ve really been suffering in the evenings with the heat and feeling uncomfortable.
“Thank god for my pregnancy pillow & my Stanley cup I don’t think I’d cope without,” she added.
Whilst most of the comments were filled with excitement for the Towie star, one wrote: “Have you had your lips done again !! Wtf.”
Megan, 31, hit back: “No! Sick of people saying this. Pregnancy has made my face puff a tiny bit. Do you really think I’m going to get cosmetics during my IVF journey and pregnancy?!!!!! Come on.”
“Saying ‘wtf’ literally judging before even having an answer. Please leave my page,” she added.
Taken aback after being called out, the follower replied: “Well defo looks like you had, I don’t know what you would do, that’s why I asked and it would be really nice if Megan replied personally instead of having someone do it for her !”
It is not advised to have botox or cosmetic treatments done during pregnancy.
There is currently not sufficient evidence that Botox is harmful for the baby, but there is also not enough evidence that it’s safe to use during pregnancy either.
This comes after Megan spoke about a recent fall where she said it felt like a “crunch” on her belly.
In an Instagram reel, Megan dished up her pasta dinner as she spoke about her dog Daisy.
Explaining she had taken the pup to the parlour to get her hair cut, the Towie star revealed: “I put Daisy down, and she started running the other way, honestly, because she was just so hyper, just getting back from the parlour, and I ended up chasing after her and falling over.
“Honestly, like, thank god my knees took all the way so my belly didn’t take the weight, like it was more like a crunch in on my belly, but it’s still hurt.”
Trying to see the funny side, Megan added: “I could not pick myself up, I was like…. just completely fell. If anybody could see me, I was like, rolling around on the floor, literally looking like Mr Blobby!”
The star’s upbeat attitude encouraged followers to share their own experiences of falling while pregnant, with several saying their balance was off as a result of the baby.
“I nearly went flying pregnant, couldn’t even put my arms out, centre of gravity is completely off,” one wrote.
A second added: “I fell over when I was pregnant onto my bump went to doc as I was worried and was told bump protects them well I was ok so was baby in fact she’s 13 tomorrow your looking amazing”
“I fell over when I was 38 weeks pregnant, as I was rhesus Negative, I had to go to hospital and have another Anti D injection! Look after yourself mumma,” noted a third.
Megan announced in April she was pregnant with her first child with her footballer fiancé, Oliver Burke.
Oliver got down on one knee and proposed on June 14 2023 after just five months of dating.
The pair then underwent rounds of IVF treatment in order to conceive.
