Frankie, 36, who is mum to 14-month-old twins Logan and Luella, said she felt like a “broken woman” this week.
Frankie Essex sparked concern with a new health update[/caption]She told fans that she was suffering with “agonising” neck and back pain and experiencing hair loss.
The reality star took to social media as she called on her followers for some advice about her kids potty training.
Wearing an orange strappy top and sitting on her sofa, Frankie said: “It’s like day four of potty training, no success, like zero.
“They are weeing without a nappy on on the floor but not in the potty,” and proceeded to ask her fans for any tips.
She also shared a health update, writing: “I feel like a broken woman, wow the heat plus my neck and back are in agony and just life.
“Also what is going on with my hairline – is my hair falling out again.”
It comes just a week after Frankie flew to Mallorca with her nan Linda to support her brother Joey Essex in Love Island.
Frankie was quick to give her approval for Joey and Jessy Potts.
She previously told The Sun that Joey is desperate to settle down and have kids.
“Joey is proper single at the moment,” she told us.
“But he’s seen me with the babies and they just love him, they sit on his lap and he just looks at them and goes ‘they’re unreal’.
“I just feel like it’s his time now to settle down.
“It would be lovely for him to come out hand in hand with the girl of his dreams and I really, really hope he does.
“He definitely wants to be a dad, 100%.
“But these things happen on Love Island, people do get married and have babies and have amazing futures together. Maybe this is Joey’s time.”
Since hitting the big time he’s romanced everyone from Towie co-star Sam Faiers, to whom he was engaged, to Love Island’s Maura Higgins.
Joey and Jessy were dumped from the villa a day before the final in a brutal twist.
