In one picture the former Blue Peter presenter showed off her amazing figure in a blue and white striped bikini.
Another showed her with a huge grin on her face as she played in the swimming pool with her kids, who she shares with her ex Richie Myler.
Helen captioned the post: “Deciding to forget what time it is.
#summer #downtime #hoidays #grateful.”
Many fans rushed to the comments section to share the love.
One wrote: “Supeb pics Helen…!!!”
Another added: “Giving your children the best foundation …wonderful family memories ……well done Helen x.”
“Gorgeous photos and enjoy your holiday with your family xx ,” a third chimed in.
A fourth added: “Lovely picture. What a hottie you are. Can I call you super mum. .”
Helen shares Louis, nine, Ernie, seven, and three-year-old Elsie with her ex Richie.
The pair tied the knot in 2013.
However in 2022 it was announced that they were no longer together.
They filed for divorce that year.
Back in May in 2023 Richie shared pictures of his baby with girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill – just 11 months after his split from Helen.
Stephanie was linked to rugby star Richie just days after his split from Helen was announced in April.
Back in April Helen revealed what motherhood topic she refuses to discuss with other parents.
Helen said: “I’d encourage myself to enjoy things as nothing stays the same.
“Everything changes, so just embrace whatever stage you’re in. Whatever will happen, will happen.”
When asked by OK! magazine if she ever got ‘mum guilt’, Helen said: “I think that’s a term we should just never say out loud again.
“You could use that term about everything in your life.
“Are we not doing enough exercise – do we feel guilty? Are we not eating enough vegetables – do we feel guilty? It’s a phrase that should be parked.
“You’ve got to really invest in the right energy and guilt is just a waste.”
