The timing of the fun collaboration lines up with the release of the new Wallace & Gromit film which is coming to screens later this year.
Packs will show the iconic cartoon duo feasting on a bow of enjoying Tyrrells crisps and cheese while sat on a table.
Tyrells say the savoury flavour “combines the creamy richness of Wensleydale cheese with a burst of cranberries”.
Jane Jones, Marketing Manager for Tyrrells, says: “We are absolutely thrilled to be launching an exciting new flavour in partnership with Wallace and Gromit.
“Just like Wallace, we’re big fans of cheese here at Tyrrells and we’re proud to add this limited-edition flavour to our portfolio for cheese lovers to enjoy.
“We hope that folk across the country enjoy this Tyrrellbly tasty crisp.”
Two years ago, the BBC revealed its plans for the return of the mischievous pair.
The spin-off will come from the creative team at Aardman, who are also behind the popular children’s TV series Shaun The Sheep.
The mischievous pair have become British cultural icons and are regular fixtures on festive TV schedules, with fans never tiring of the repeats.
IMDb say Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl “focuses on Gromit’s concern that Wallace has become over-dependent on his inventions, which proves justified when Wallace invents a ‘smart gnome’ that seems to develop a mind of its own”.
It’s expected that the film will debut on Netflix this Christmas.
This comes just months after an iconic crisp flavour made its way to shelves this week – to the joy of Aldi shoppers.
The snack was hailed as “combining two of Brits’ most beloved food obsessions” with fans already eager to get their hands on them.
