FURNISHING your home doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg if you know where to look.
One woman showed off the furniture haul she picked up for less than £500.
YouTuber Roxi showed her followers the furniture returns pallet she picked up for £490[/caption]In her viral video, YouTuber Roxi (@Roxxsaurus) unboxed each of her purchases for her subscribers.
The English influencer explained that she made the trek to Wales to pick up some items for her home.
Roxi visited a furniture warehouse, which hosted a discount sale for Made.com.
She revealed that her total spent was £490 but estimated it to be worth eight times that amount.
“If everything is complete and in good quality, not damaged, this stock could be worth £4,688,” Roxi said.
For her first purchase, she picked up a Kano bed, which normally retails from £599 to £799, depending on the size.
The bed came with two other frames as well as two full-length mirrors.
Roxi described the budget find as her “dream bed,” adding that the other items were just a bonus.
Already having broken even, she unboxed her next furniture find, a shelving unit.
Roxi explained that the £425 Pavia Wide Shelving Unit had been in her online cart for a while but she held off buying it due to it’s high price tag.
“I love this so much, every single piece was there, it was in all the original packets, I’m so happy,” she said.
For her final furniture find, she showed off her new coffee table, which she said was originally from Oak Furniture Land.
The oak table, which retails for £369.99, only had one small scuff from the previous buyer.
Roxi also picked up some smaller home items, including a hedge trimmer, a sink counter unit, a stainless steel sink spout, and a sliding shower door.
After totting up her total spent, she revealed that she saved £4,191 on the returns pallet.
