A CASH-SAVVY DIY fan has wowed people with her epic home makeover using Shein buys selling for around £1.
Proud homeowner Elise took to TikTok to show off what her walls now looked like thanks to a budget-friendly transformation.
According to the Essex-based woman, who lives in a stunning 1900’s property, you can buy a wide range of gorgeous and funky wall prints from the China-based giant Shein.
What’s more, not only did these instantly add more character to the dark walls, the stylish features were also affordable, all selling around the £1 mark.
One of them, for instance, was a disco ball chili pepper poster with a baby pink background – this, she shared in the video, cost her a mere £1.28.
Other trendy picks included a vintage disco ball painting poster with different patterns currently on sale for just £1.50.
There was also something for the cocktail lovers – a Cin-Cin poster with two refreshing margaritas with a cream background.
Originally going for £1.50, the retailer had now slashed the price to a mere £1.25, making it the perfect way to spruce up any home on the cheap.
According to Elise, who regularly shares DIY content on her page, customers can also choose various sizes, such as 30x42cm or even a larger 50x70cm.
As the posters do not come with a frame, you will need to source these elsewhere – as did Elise who found them at IKEA.
The popular home goods retailer offers a huge variety of frames, whether you’re after a more wooden look or want to choose black, or white.
The frames, of varying sizes, are going for a purse-friendly £8 each – but if you want to slash the costs even more, you could find similar ones on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Vinted or even your local charity shop.
Needless to say, the epic makeover has taken the platform by storm, winning the homeowner more than a staggering 161k views in just three days.
Amazed by the wall glow-up, dozens flocked to comments to praise Elise for the budget-friendly transformation.
One social media user wrote: ”Obsessed and now called down a rabbit hole of shein print!! Soo good.”
