FURIOUS LOVE Island fans have begged producers to step in as they brand Joey Essex and Sean Stone “most vile contestants ever”.
The pair have repeatedly taken jibes at the Mimii and Josh and the duo once again took a swipe at the pair during a brutal game of A Couple of Sorts.
The Islanders had to guess where the public ranked them in a series of categories.
But Joey and Sean teamed up to try and cruelly humiliate Josh.
The group argued over which couple is staying together just to win the show.
Josh said: “I don’t think it should be anyone who was in the most genuine,” referring to him and Mimii who received the most votes in that category.
Sean then piped up and said he “wasn’t taking into consideration the past questions because each question was different”, which prompted Josh to say: “You’re clearly not listening to what I’m saying.”
Sean said: “I’m trying to give you logic by what was seen on those clips,” following the Grafties.
Joey interjected: “Let’s go by what they’re seeing in the villa not by these questions.”
Josh begged the pair to listen, saying: “It’s like talking to a wall, how come everyone can understand the logic apart from you two.”
Joey then hit back: “You’re coming for me here.,” but Josh was having none of it and defended himself: “You’re patronising me.”
Joey then brutally brought up the “secret mission” and said that Mimii only ran back to Josh because she didn’t get Ayo following their chat.
A furious Mimii slammed Joey for dragging up the past and twisting things.
She told him: “Joey you’re p****** me off, we had a conversation and we sorted it out. You’re actually a d***head.
“You’re actually boring, that’s the only thing you can say.”
Viewers were left gobsmacked at Joey’s low blow and Sean’s constant cruel jibes.
One wrote: “Joey bullied Grace throughout her stay in there and never apologised. Sean has constantly harassed and bullied Mimi and Josh, it’s irritating how some people are making it look like Mimi hasn’t been minding her business and Sean has been poking her . Mimi is the calmest girl on the show but when she react now she’s the problem.”
A second posted: “ITV definitely should NOT step in and make them give a fake ass apology. They can keep it and keep being the turds they are. The only person who wins from an orchestrated PR apology is them.”
A third commented: “I’m surprised they haven’t learned from the Luca/Dami/Tasha situation. One or two dramatic moments is tolerable but it’s draining and boring to watch when it’s the same thing over and over again.”
This person added: “The way Joey has abused Grace has been shocking to see, just because she handles it well does not make it ok. I can tell Jessy wasn’t overly comfortable but for me, that would be enough to end it.
“Sean very clearly has an issue and it’s very uncomfortable. At first I thought he was sucking up to Joey but it seems worse than that now. He’s obsessive with how much he hates Mimii.”
It comes after Sean called Josh a “sour dummy” during the talent show on Tuesday.
Realising what he said had hit a nerve, Sean went to apologise to Josh, then still feeling guilty he went over to him again to say sorry.
Sean also pulled Mimii for a chat to explain how he didn’t mean to offend them.
Sean told Josh: “It was all quite light hearted so…”
Josh replied: “I felt like it was a little bit uncalled for. Ideally I would have prefered you to not make a comemtn about such a touchy subject.
“You and Joey have made your comments. Secret mission.”
Sean said: “I appreciate that. I apologise for that. I felt like we all knew how we felt about our couples and felt like all that has been squashed.”
Josh then told the business owner that he doesn’t think that his apology was “sincere”.
Joey – who mentioned the ‘secret mission’ during the talent show – then joined the conversation and told Josh that he didn’t think it was “that deep to get upset about it”.
Josh ended up getting frustrated with the conversation and left it at that.
The next morning Sean grabbed him for another chat.
He told him: “This morning it is still bothering me and I’m down about it because it never was my intention to come across that way.”
Josh replied: “I feel like it’s because it’s been one too many occasions, i’s just like are you doing this intentionally to get a rise out of me?”
Sean said that if he knew it would have “gone down like that”, he would never have said it.
Josh accepted his apology with “a pinch of salt” and Sean told him he would never bring it up again.
Sean then grabbed Mimii for a chat to “clear the air”, explaining he had “no ill intentions to be a menace”.
Over the past few weeks, both Sean and Joey have been egging each other on and making comments about the situation between Mimii, Josh and her ex Ayo.
Sean thinks that there is still unfinished business between Mimii and Ayo – which has made things awkward for their new partners Josh and Jess Spencer.
During a challenge, Joey mentioned how Mimii had asked him to secretly get Ayo to meet her at the terrace to talk about things.
Mimii and Ayo were coupled up on day one, but then split when Jess entered as a Casa Amor bombshell.
Joey, Sean and some fans think that there are still feelings between the former flames – and they have said that they are happy in their new couples now.
The reality king then dubbed the situation a “secret mission”, which he then brought up in front of the whole villa.
During the talent show, Sean roasted Josh about the situation, as well as Joey during his rap.
