A WOMAN has spilled the beans on how she fixed her bald patches with a 70p homemade remedy.
Hair thinning, especially around the temples, is a common concern for many people around the world, and there are numerous reasons you may be experiencing it.
But whilst the high street is full of different potions promising to boost hair growth, more often than not these tend to be on the expensive side.
Luckily, one woman has come to rescue with a simple – and natural – solution that costs under £1 and uses ingredients already sitting in your kitchen.
The beauty lover, only known as Monique (@moniquemrapier) on TikTok, too, had been dealing with a patchy hairline – until she stumbled upon a DIY remedy.
As revealed by the dark-haired stunner, the tresses around her temples were thin with a few balding spots that were noticeable when she pulled her hair back.
However, there’s an easy fix she swears by – a 70p homemade mask that uses natural ingredients, an egg, as well as a bit of fatty olive oil.
The simple yet effective – and affordable – concoction is believed to stimulate ”extreme growth” and ”repair damage”, she said in the video.
To give your tresses some TLC, you will first need to crack the egg into a clean bowl before adding three tablespoons of rich olive oil.
Once the two ingredients are ready, give the mixture a thorough stir with a spoon.
According to Monique, who regularly shares beauty-related content on her page, this treatment is best applied on damp and clean tresses.
Next, divide your hair into sections and start applying the egg-olive oil solution, working your way from roots down to the ends.
The beauty lover advised to then put your locks in a bun and let it work its magic for around 30 minutes.
When the time is up, hop into the shower and follow your regular hair wash routine.
Raving about the purse-friendly mask, Monique added that both of the ingredients also moisturise and nourish your tresses – what a win!
