A HOT mum has revealed that women shame her for posing in swimwear, but she’s proud to show off her bikini body.
Jen Ferguson, who describes herself as ‘not your typical mum’, often shows off her toned figure online, but has since opened up on the backlash she has faced from haters.
Like many women, Jen felt the pressure to look good after giving birth to her youngest son Atlas.
But since welcoming her son into the world, Jen has worked hard to lose weight and tone up.
Posting on Instagram, the mum-of-four hit back at haters by wearing a Barbie pink bikini – as she proudly showed off her slim physique.
Jen penned: “Guys, remember my previous post from the other day where I expressed how hard I’ve worked on my post-baby weight-loss journey, losing 70lbs from keeping a healthy diet and exercise?
“Well, I was body shamed after I posted that by a couple of females!”
Not only this, but Jen added: “The same group also shamed me for my past eating disorders that I’ve been vocal about in order to help others!
“I was so proud of my baby abs starting to make an appearance and I still am proud.
“It doesn’t bother me as much as my body clearly bothers them.”
Jen then encouraged other women to feel confident in their own skin, as she continued: “I just wanted to put this out there for any of the females, or males, who feel unworthy, or like you’re never enough. You ARE enough!
“Don’t you ever be ashamed to put your victories out there for the world to see! Real winners cheer for other winners!
“If you’re proud of yourself, and if you love yourself, then I’m proud of you, and I love you too!”
Jen opened up about the long road she has been on to feel confident, as she admitted: “It has taken me five years of sobriety to become this version of myself, the best version I’ve ever been, mentally and physically, and these women will not take that away from me!”
Apologising to those she’d hurt in the past, she shared: “I will also admit that I have indeed judged people in the past when I was unhappy myself and/or very angry with them hurting me.
“I am incredibly regretful if I ever hurt anyone!!! I have not been that person in a long time, thanks to a ton of therapy. Therefore, I forgive these women.”
Referring to her extremely toned abs, she wrote: “Say ‘hi’ to my bikini body as I’ll post in bikinis/whatever the F I want all spring and summer long!
“It isn’t perfect, but at the same time it is because I created two beautiful babies with this body!”
The Instagram post, which was shared under the username @jenjferguson00, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as social media users flocked to the comments to support the mother.

Another added: “Sorry that happened to you. I think most of us would be happy to have your body. You look great.”
A third commented: “Keep up the good work and keep telling your story!”
At the same time, someone else shared: “Haters are going to hate. You look amazing and you should be proud of all your hard work.”
Jen previously revealed to Fabulous that since she lost her baby weight, she’s returned to her “hot mum” status.
And while she always felt beautiful carrying her baby boy, she confessed that “pregnancy isn’t for” her.

She explained: “I’m glad I can get my Botox, get my filler, get all tight again. I’m back down in weight and living with the ‘hot mum’ name again. Now, I just have an extra kid.”
In fact, Jen has had quite a few procedures done over the years, with the first one being a boob job back in 2016.
She added: “Before surgery, I was literally flat. It just didn’t look good and I was insecure about my chest my entire life.
“Getting a boob job was one of the things that truly gave me more confidence. It was a really good decision for me.”
She got her second boob job in 2019 and went from an A-Cup to a 34DDD and 36DD.
Meanwhile, she’s also not shy about getting Botox and filler, as she shared: “I get Botox on my whole face. I get it in my jaw, my forehead, my crow’s feet, that kind of stuff.
“It’s not like I have a lot of lines because I’m 32 but I am definitely ageing a little bit. So we’re trying to prevent all that.”

Although she gets Botox “pretty much all over”, she only gets filler in her lips.
She added: “Then, of course, I do other things like hair extensions, laser hair removal, facials… And I got surgery on my ears to make my earlobes smaller, because they were stretched out from when I have gauged ears.
“I’m totally comfortable with it because it’s each to their own. It’s my body. I’m very open and proud.”
But Jen revealed that there is a downside to being this open – as she often receives judgement from people online.
The content creator opened up: “People will assume I’m a bad mum without actually knowing that I’m a fantastic mum. I put my kids before anything – all day, every day.
“I’m on social media but I’m still a normal person and I’m with my kids all day, every day. I take care of them, change diapers and everything else.
“But they assume that I’m a bad mum because of the way I look, which is bulls**t.
“People can say the meanest things, but luckily I don’t let it get to me because that’s their opinion.”
