JACK GREALISH is back to work ahead of the new Premier League season.
The Manchester City star has wasted no time trying to return to peak fitness after taking a break this summer.
Grealish has been enjoying some well deserved time off and a recharge after winning the Premier League with Man City last season.
But now the hard work has begun again as he shared some snaps of himself during an intense training session in Portugal.
The superstar winger certainly doesn’t look like he has let himself go during the off-season as he showed off his ripped physique while training shirtless in the 26 degree heat.
His toned look will soon be bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase “dad bod” after he and long-term partner Sasha Attwood announced they are expecting their first child last week.
The happy couple took to social media to announce the exciting news last Sunday with a heartwarming post.
Alongside a picture of Sasha’s baby bump, a post read: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”
While Grealish added: “Life’s biggest blessing”.
Grealish and Sasha are childhood sweethearts and began dating when they were just teenagers at school together in Solihull.

The pair, both 28, have been able to spend the summer together and experience the pregnancy by each other’s side after Grealish narrowly missed out on making Gareth Southgate’s England squad for Euro 2024.
The former Aston Villa man was unable to make the final 26-man squad after training with the previsionary 33-strong side prior to the tournament.
However, Grealish will be right behind his teammates when they take to the pitch in Berlin this weekend for the Euro 2024 final against Spain.
And he will be pleased to have been able to support Sasha over the summer with her pregnancy, despite he heartache of missing out on the Three Lions squad.
