TERESA Guidice has failed to claw back credibility after her big Photoshop fail and amid rumors she’s leaving The Real Housewives franchise, a body language expert has said.
She claimed that the RHONJ star’s “praying” gestures during a tense daytime TV interview suggested she felt “mocked” and “underestimated” by her fans.
Dressed in a white suit and heels, Teresa, 52, was interviewed on Live with Kelly and Mark. The clip was shared on Instagram on Tuesday.
Her tousled, curly dark hair fell to her waist, and she wore heavy makeup for her appearance.
The segment covered Teresa’s recent Photoshop fail that went viral on Monday.
She also responded to rumors circulating about her leaving the Bravo reality show.
Body language expert Judi James said Teresa had sought a “perfect” interview to reclaim “respect” from fans.
“There was ongoing tension in Teresa’s body language throughout this interview,” James told The U.S. Sun.
“There was an overkill attempt regarding styling, looks, and delivery.
“Teresa’s attempts to appear perfect for her fans showed an inner paranoia about rumors she is leaving the show.
“Teresa tried to make light of her Photoshop failure and felt wounded at being mocked about it.
“There were hints that she felt underestimated and treated without the respect a long-term reality diva might expect.
“At one point, Teresa clasped her hands in frustration to shut the stories down.”
On the Photoshop gaff, Teresa relayed how she struggled to find an image she liked with Larsa Pippen to celebrate her birthday.
She said her social media manager dropped a Mexican beach background into one snap before sharing it on Instagram.

Memes of the two women at sites like the Eiffel Tower and Buckingham Palace flooded the internet.
Teresa explained to Kelly and Mark that she responded by sharing another photoshopped image in a luxury hotel.
James said Teresa tried to make light of it all.
“Teresa’s explanation was an excuse; she should have relaxed and surfed the gag,” she said.
“Being respected looks of high value to Teresa.
“There were no signs of her enjoying the joke at her own expense.
“Teresa’s smile looked something of a social rictus. Her fingers were splayed, spiked, and tense throughout.
“She placed them in a prayer position before showing her palms to try and restore some sense of dignity.”
Teresa’s ABC interview covered rumors circulating about her RHONJ exit.
The New Jersey native is an original cast member and joined for Season 1 in 2009.
Before then, Teresa worked at Macy’s as a buyer.
“Who put those rumors out there? Maybe some of my cast members,” Teresa responded on Live! after Kelly prompted her.
“I started the show. When Bravo wants me to leave, that’s when I’ll leave,” the mom of four added.
According to The U.S. Sun, the cast blamed Teresa for the show’s waning popularity.
This came in the wake of her feud with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

This season, episode 3 brought in the lowest ratings. The Season 14 reunion has also been canceled.
According to James, Teresa looked guarded when she discussed the rumors.
“Her legs were crossed away from Kelly and Mark,” she said.
“This made her look guarded and wary with her hand clasped on her lap.
“Teresa did start to look more poised and like a politician giving an interview.
“She rolled her eyes and looked exasperated at one point.
“Teresa wants respect from the public and her cast members.
“The irony is that immediately after this, she was interrupted by Kelly and Mark.
“Mark stole her spotlight by creating a gag about the Presidential debate.”
A clip of Teresa’s interview with Kelly and Mark was shared on Instagram, where fans commented on her looks.
“Her nose looks new! More pointed upward?” said one fan.
Luxury injector Tara Adashev had told The U.S. Sun that Teresa was starting to look “overfilled” and has been using Botox since 2016.
“By 2022, Teresa started to look slightly overfilled in her cheeks and, more recently, her lips,” she said.
The white suit was last season, with the white suggesting wealth and purity.

“She is slightly overfilled, but Teresa has been doing everything correctly.
“Teresa appears to have had a lot of Botox injected into her upper face and around her eyes since 2016.
“It comes to a point where women reach their 50s, and Teresa may want to delay a facelift,” Adashev said.
James claimed Teresa’s smile sometimes looked “rigid” but matched her business-like outfit.
“Instead of relaxing and laughing helplessly with Kelly and Mark, Teresa sits with her back upright,” she said.
“She had that rigid smile on her face.
“Teresa’s choice of outfit and looks suggest a desire to convey A-list elegance.
“The white suit was last season, with the white suggesting wealth and purity.
“The tailoring adds some weight in terms of assertiveness and business acumen.
“Her hair is styled in a pile of tumbling curls that frame her face for the camera but hide it in silhouette.
“This all suggests some inner vulnerability about her looks.
“This is all underneath the outer confidence Teresa tried to show.”
