THE inmate who ‘filmed himself having sex with a guard’ shared a video of his release – before he was locked up again.
Linton Weirich is serving time at HMP Wandsworth after a £65,000 burglary at a flat in Kensington, west London, in March 2022.
He was sentenced to four years in June after raiding jewellery, handbags, belts, a suitcase and a laptop.
The 36-year-old wannabe influencer, from west London, was allegedly recorded by another lag having sex with female guard Linda De Sousa Abreu, 30, inside the south London jail.
The X-rated clip was filmed inside a prison cell, before being shared widely on social media and WhatsApp.
Linda De Sousa Abreu appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with misconduct in public office.
Now, a video shared by Weirich on TikTok has been found that shows the inmate leaving prison in October last year after he was banged up for dangerous driving.
He had pleaded guilty to the offence at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court in March, 2018.
The lag also admitted assaulting a police officer with intent to resist arrest, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
In the TikTok clip, Weirich can be seen embracing a woman who had been waiting for him on the outside.
She runs to him with her arms out as he walks towards her in a grey tracksuit, carrying a black bag.
He ironically captioned the post: “Freedom is priceless.”
This comes as it was revealed Weirich has a partner who is seven months pregnant, as reported by the MailOnline.
A source close to the partner told the publication: “This is the last thing she needs in her condition, it’s extremely upsetting.
“This stupid video has affected her health, she was hospitalised at the weekend through stress.
“She fears it will bring on premature labour.”
Meanwhile Linda De Sousa Abreu appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with misconduct in public office.
She spoke only to confirm her name, date of birth and address during the hearing.
The court was told De Sousa Abreu was arrested at Heathrow Airport where she was due to catch a flight to Madrid.
She had notified the prison of her travel plans, it was said.
The mum was bailed on the condition she does not enter any UK travel ports and will be subject to a curfew between 7pm and 9am.
She will next appear at Isleworth Crown Court on July 29 for a plea hearing.
The charge states that, between June 26 and 28, the prison officer “wilfully and without reasonable excuse or justification misconducted yourself in a way which amounted to an abuse of the public’s trust in the office holder by engaging in a sexual act with a Prisoner in a prison cell”.
The Met Police launched an investigation on Friday “after officers were made aware of a video allegedly filmed inside HMP Wandsworth”.
De Sousa Abreu was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office the same day.
The married woman is originally from Brazil and shares an OnlyFans account with her husband.
A Prison Service spokesman said: “Staff corruption is not tolerated and the former prison officer allegedly featured in this video has been reported to the police.
“It would be inappropriate to comment further while they investigate.”
