A SKINCARE expert has been amazed by natural beauty products that reduce the visible signs of aging.
She shared her top tips for how to get optimal results from using them in a dedicated skincare routine.
Everyone ages differently due to their genetics and lifestyle factors such as smoking tobacco and sun exposure.
The signs start to become visible at around age 25, but most people wait until after they’re 40 to seek wrinkle treatment, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

According to Healthline, red light therapy is “typically safe and painless” but further research is necessary to determine if it can be beneficial.
It is recommended to speak with a doctor before trying the treatment as there isn’t a consensus on how it may affect people with cancer.
It can also cause burns or blisters when used for longer than 30 minutes at a time.
