A SKINCARE expert has been amazed by natural beauty products that reduce the visible signs of aging.
She shared her top tips for how to get optimal results from using them in a dedicated skincare routine.

The signs start to become visible at around age 25, but most people wait until after they’re 40 to seek wrinkle treatment, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Natalie Pergar is the Lead Skin Care Trainer at Eminence Organic Skin Care.
Speaking to The U.S. Sun, she revealed how to achieve an age-defying appearance without injectables or cosmetics that contain harsh ingredients.
Pergar said products infused with vitamin C can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
She suggested adding Eminence Organics’ Citrus & Kale Potent C+E Serum into skincare routines.
“This potent antioxidant not only shields against free radicals, known to break down collagen and elastin, but it also stimulates collagen production, helping improve skin elasticity for a more youthful appearance,” she said.
“For extra protection against environmental stressors, I recommend applying both vitamin C and SPF daily.
“Another great tip I have is to seek out products containing a natural retinol alternative like bakuchiol.
“Extracted from the seeds of the babchi plant, antioxidant-rich bakuchiol helps diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while visibly enhancing firmness and elasticity.
“What sets bakuchiol apart is its ability to deliver similar benefits to conventional retinol, minus the usual side effects like irritation and dryness.
“This makes it a great option, especially if you have sensitive skin, or are seeking more natural options.”
Pergar revealed that she doesn’t have to rely on pricey salon facials to keep her skin healthy as she routinely uses a home face mask.
“To plump the skin naturally, one product I swear by is our Eight Greens Phyto Masque – Hot,” she said.
The secret weapon in this mask is paprika, known for its ability to boost blood flow, leaving the skin visibly plump and radiant.

“This spicy, stimulating mask contains a unique blend of organic extracts like yucca, hops, and flaxseed, which are excellent at reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and inflammation.
“But the secret weapon in this mask is paprika, known for its ability to boost blood flow, leaving the skin visibly plump and radiant.
“I recommend using this mask one to two times a week, or whenever your skin is feeling dull and needs an energizing boost.”
“If you prefer to avoid products that stimulate blood flow, I suggest incorporating peptides into your skincare routine,” she continued.
“Peptides, known to increase collagen production and cell turnover, can help replenish lost collagen and reduce signs of aging.
“As an advocate for natural skincare, I suggest looking for products enriched with plant-derived peptides.
“Peptides be found in ingredients such as algae extracts, sachi inchi – a nutrient-dense seed from South America – and rice protein.
“These botanical peptides help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving your skin looking firm and lifted.”

“Both are great options for facial massage, improving blood circulation, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and sculpting the face.
“When using a gua sha tool, remember to apply a facial oil of your choice beforehand to ensure the tool glides smoothly over the skin.
“I’ve also been loving the attention red light therapy devices have been getting lately.
“They’re fantastic for stimulating collagen production and calming down inflammation.”
According to Healthline, red light therapy is “typically safe and painless” but further research is necessary to determine if it can be beneficial.
It is recommended to speak with a doctor before trying the treatment as there isn’t a consensus on how it may affect people with cancer.
It can also cause burns or blisters when used for longer than 30 minutes at a time.
